When I heard about this, I was a stoney 21 year old that had every Sublime CD and bootleg imaginable. I loved listening to their albums all the way through. I felt I was respecting his memory, not listening to that song when it'd come on. It's probably silly to some, not to me. I probably still won't listen to it out of habit now because I'm in my 30s and have other habits I'm trying to change first. Like going to bed at 9 instead of 12.

For me, I'm trying to form my own ska/punk/reggae band and to get my musician friends to listen to Sublime was easy. I started with Don't Push specifically from Jah Won't Pay The Bills, then moved onto What I got, Santeria, Slow Ride, Date Rape, and then they were hooked.
Those are definitely great songs to introduce people to.
