With Swarovski, if you try to repair it yourself you void the warranty. If you need a repair, just take it in to any of the stores (does not have to be the one your purchased at) and they can ship it off for repair!

That’s what I figured as well. My friend wants to repair it, but with no product code, that’s not possible

I work at the store 😅 but we don’t have the product in the catalogues, and we cannot ship it off to repair without the product code
