I believe that Safariland has an estimated shipping section on each specific holster’s page of their website. I’ve ordered holsters from them in the past that were not in stock, so they had to build them for me… took a bit over a month after placing the order before they completed and shipped it.
Put your specifics into the [holster finder](https://safariland.com/pages/holster-finder#/gun-type), then choose the specific holster you’re looking for. The estimated ship date should be down towards the bottom, by the quantity selection box.
I’ve seen holsters come in a few days, then again I’ve had some come in that took six months. When ordering for customers I try all my usual places and use safariland as my last option.
About a week would be a few days after Christmas. Could be closed for holidays. Not to mention a decent 3 day weekend during that week. I’d wait 2 full business weeks before throwing a fuss.
OPs holster has a 21 business day estimated ship time, should just wait the 3 weeks and then contact their CS.

I just ordered a holster and a few other holster parts on 26 Dec and all my items where listed as shipped in 2 business days, they were shipped the next day and I received them on 31 Dec

Nope. Few years ago when they ran a 40% site wide. 6354do but they continued to fulfill gov contracts first
