Out of curiosity I looked up how flammable peanut shells are. Turns out very, they are very flammable. I bet the rodents have been tracking peanut dust to every inch of the walls and attic space of that building. Place was a powder keg.

I saw that this morning when getting my morning smoothie at the smoothie place in the same plaza. This was at like 830 so it was quite a scene still at that time. Lots of firefighters fire trucks and cops
