ive never had much of a problem in just drink water with it and try to forget the pills there so its like im drinking it or something

hmm that can actually work if i take multiple gulps at once but i cant do that unfortunately

i used to have major problems with it but i just got over it. I am now the best at swallowing 🙏

Mix them with peas Or other food.

It's hard for me too, I just end up splitting them into bits then swallowing the smaller bits

that's what i do and i still can't swallow it my tongue refuses to let it go😭

I use to suck at it but a thing that worked for me was pushing the pill as far back on my tongue as I could and swallowed, usually got it down and now I can do it easily

Nah cuz it gets stuck between the top of my throat and the bottom of my tongue

oh alr also one thing do u take it in one water gulp or multiple gulps cuz i have a prob with taking multiple gulps

Well, if you're desperate, you can crush the pill then mix it with some water, depends on the pill tho.

there are some things ive seen old people do is to split them with a splitter. look up pill splitters

i do that with my fingers💪 but my tongue always rejects it its so bad

No it’s really really hard. I used to tilt my head up (idk if that’s the correct way to say it) because I thought gravity would help me. It does not, I find it way easier to just look in front of you horizontally and swallow. Everyone has their techniques I guess

crush it and snort it (dont actually do this)

I can swallow small pills but anything else I struggle with
