Hey bbyy you're (or your friend) are really young to be worrying abt that. Don't be so insecure, your body will change very much in the coming years. But if you still aren't satisfied and it still annoys you/makes you feel insecure when you're OLDER, I recommend looking at extra padded push up bras! Usually getting a cup size down from what u really are is more fitting/comfortable for most btw (esp for A-C cups from 32-38 bands). Some bras can make it look 1-2 cups bigger than normal 👐

I don't advise trying to make your bust appear larger. It's best not to go down this route for multiple reasons. The most important being is drawing unwanted attention from older men. Ya'll deal with enough creeps as it is, but that will only increase it. The other thing is that in falsely showing a bust size that you don't have you are tricking others and subconsciously tricking yourself. Which can have detrimental psychological effects on you later. I recommend that all of you accept yourself, be yourself and learn to work with what you've got. Attitude and personality go an extremely long way. The girls I've met throughout my life and now women that I meet since I'm older that I've found the most attractive had a great attitude and or personality. If you're comfortable with who you are and what you have, the rest is up to them. If they don't like you for your personality, there's no point in going any further in a relationship. Just an older persons bit of advice, ignore it if you want.

I’ve never stuffed (my chest is too big in my opinion and makes me feel uncomfortable) but if I wanted too I think adding multiple bra pads in your bra might work, it prob wouldn’t do much but it’s better then nothing
