It has been a while since I watched Killing Eve, but I remember really enjoying season 2; I thought it was delightful and would have been satisfied if that had been the ending. Season 3 is when the writing/plot really started to suffer but it wasn't *bad*, just very mid compared to the stellar first two seasons. I think ending with season 3 gives a more settled/satisfying conclusion to those who dislike (understandably) such a dramatic turn in the last minute of season 2. And I feel as the audience, when you know the "twist" (not really a twist) ending of season 2 isn't the true ending, you are compelled to watch season 3 just to find out what happens. I haven't watched season 4 and don't intend to, based on the trajectory of the writing, the bad reviews, and the fact that I was satisfied with the conclusion to season 3 as the end of the story.
Pushing Daisies is the same guy who did Hannibal.
Sandman is the same creator as Good Omens
Reservation Dogs is the same guy who did Our Flag Means Death and What We Do in the Shadows
Sherlock, House is just Sherlocke but at a hospital
*[Sherlock](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1475582/)*
*[Firefly](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0303461/)* (Then maybe *[Castle](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1219024/)* if you like Nathan Fillion)
*[Dr. Who](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0436992/)* (Tennant Era is a solid starting point if you like Good Omens)
IT Crowd, Brockmire, Norsemen, Santa Clarita Diet, The Office (UK), People of Earth, Detectorists, Maron, Miracle Workers, Stranded, Ash vs Evil Dead, Patriot, White Gold, In-Betweeners, Silicon Valley, Nathan For You, Extras, The Orville, Eastbound and Down, Maron
Chewing Gum (Michaela Coel's first series)
Upload (the "good" Black Mirror comedy)
Misfits (UK juvenile delinquents obtain superpowers)
Being Human (UK or US) A vampire, werewolf and a ghost are flatmates
For a moment there I thought there was a show called "Collage Art" that I'd never heard of, but considering the other show you like, I was really interested in finding it.
I assume you are emotionally damaged like me after that good omens finale so I suggest Heartstopper for some wholesomeness. I also really like BBC Ghosts (a lot of moments from this show remind me of ofmd) and the American CBS Ghosts (it’s not completely the same but it’s kinda like a more pg what we do in the shadows.) The Good Place is a really good comedy with similar themes to good omens. For more David tennant, watch Doctor Who and Staged. For more Neil Gaiman, watch The Sandman (it’s darker than good omens by a lot but it’s really good). You have really good taste I hope you like these recs :)
Wellington Paranormal (TV Series 2018–2022)
Cop show version of What we Do in the Shadows. Idiot cops in a small town with paranormal stuff. It's funny, but not as funny, with a similar type of humor, as What We Do in the Shadows.
Flight of the Concords (HBO):
- The writer of What We Do in the Shadows also created Flight of the Conchords. Captain Stede Bonnet on Our Flag Means Death (played by Rhys Darby) is also in Flight of the Conchords.
Dexter (original series)
- A forensic technician who is also a serial killer.
Barry (HBO)
- A hitman who starts attending acting school. It’s dark humour done well. It takes a couple of episodes to get into but once you do it’s binge worthy.
Another Period
Similar to our flag means death / what we do in shadows, it's basically a fake reality show following the uber wealthy in the east coast US in 1903, that premace used as a great vessel for some top notch social commentary along side complete ridiculousness
You dig House... try Chance. Hugh is the star... it's on Hulu, I believe. 2 seasons? Ethan Suplee costars... and Freamon from the Wire is in it.

OP I think you and I both know we'll be stuck in Good Omens hell for a while still. That said, I recommend the korean drama Beyond Evil (or sometimes known as Monster) for a good mystery with a dash of homoerotic antagonism.

Good list. It’s nice to see Killing Eve represented. I never see it on show suggestions
I liked season 1 then it went bad pretty fast once they changed showrunners.

Matt Berry in Toast of London, Toast of Tinseltown
If you like what we do in the shadows watch they new movie Renfield
You enjoyed our flag means death? I wanted to like it a ton because I’ve enjoyed his other shows. Couldn’t get into it
It's one of my all time favorites! Personally I thought the humor was great and there is a bit of romance and drama if you watch to the end.
Eureka.

The Santa Clarita Diet
I'll aim for some lesser known shows that really seem to fit your vibe: Psych Legion (the FX series) Garth Marenghi's Darkplace Russian Doll
Pushing Daisies. Same director as Hannibal, but with the same sort of fun fanciful elements as the shows in your top row.
Servant
Grimm
