Great cosplay! What material is the gas mask and grenades made from?

How did you manage to do the eyes on the mask? Was it designed to look at you regardless of angle?

I cut out a circle with paper, put it in the middle of the eyeholes and painted around it :)

Oh wow nice! I feel like your mask would have to be custom made then in that case, since the "lens" looks like it's been poked multiple times in a pattern so you can actually see through it. Thanks for getting back to me on this btw. I always loved the idea of crafting but I never seem to really get the motivation for it.

Check Facebook marketplace, I would say you may be able to find an Old Nos bottle or something and paint it depending on your region. Old hot rodders sell crusty unusable cannisters once in a while. Something like an actual old scuba tank or something may prove to be a bit expensive. I'm sure you've considered using a fire extinguisher if it's big enough but I think that would just require too much modification of the nozzle to get the look right. Hope this helps

How long did it take to make the Lolichop, flare canisters and modify the gas mask? Otherwise this is a great cosplay.

It took maybe about 19 hours all together, the lollichop took the longest since I had to bend the cardboard into a circular shape it fit around the middle and wait for everything to dry but it didn't take too long from what I can remember. I mainly worked on it past 1 am so I didn't keep track lol
