There are some servers, but some of the stats are weird. Some are unchanged and some stock weapons have changes.

I've seen x100 servers with this map too. Nothing special. The maps that are assigned to x100 servers are usually just some kind of weird shit, like ctf_2foooooooooort, plr_highertower or cp_orange_50f. The one you're describing is probably plr_highertower_x2

One thing in particular that always annoys me is how they always let the amputator's taunt hurt teammates, but they don't do the same for the medi guns. Like, you already made a large AOE friendly fire weapon, why can't I kill the guy on my team that's throwing?

Probably because the amputator is a nuisance, and can be avoided. An auto targetted beam slowly killing whoever you choose would just lead to outright griefing. Guy wouldn't be able to play the game anymore if you followed them out of spawn.

I feel like most unchanged stats (or ones that don't receive a full change) in x10 or x100 servers is because of the stat's modification rendering the weapon completely unusable should the stat be properly modified (such as damage penalties or clip size penalties) some non-full changes are rather odd and potentially unnecessary though, like the direct hit's +80% rocket speed only gets doubled to +160% and the liberty launcher's is 7.5x from +40% to +300%, or the quick-fix getting a 15x uber build rate, going from 10% faster to 150%

To be completely honest I feel like the Resista-Cola wouldn't be as bad as it sounds. Yeah you deal less damage but a passive damage resistance for a few seconds would be nice to have (on Scout, no less)

Honestly, all the swords would be pretty good utility melees aside from the zatoichi. Scotsman's is a slightly worse powerjack, a passive +25 health from the eyelander would be greatly appreciated, persuader greatly increases your ammo, and claidheamh mòr gives you effectively 201 health when holding it. Not to mention they deploy near instantly, even if they have shorter range than stock.

Winger finally might be used as a weapon instead of slotted for jump utility. PBPP becomes from S to F tier. Guillotine becomes a whacky fun weapon. Bonk is either absolutely broken or dogcrap depending how good of a Scout you are. Crit Cola becomes this weirdly situational item that will get even less use. Orange Juice is an interesting concept.... would be really OP competitively though haha.

The orange juice one would be funny to throw on your conch soldier or medic heavy combo, especially if they are running Vacc or Quick Fix. The healing outpacing the damage could lead to a lot of self kills from the other team.
