'Whats the plan?' valve only needs to re-enable the things they desabled in casual, give f2p there voice back, major changes like bringing back quick play I don't expect but changeing the 0 to 1 to the things valve disabled on valve servers is a good start
community quickplay would do something, since moderator teams and server plugins work much faster than the billion dollar company known to move like molasses even in the 90s.

Some simple starting asks that would be tremendously healthy for the game
1: A balance patch.
2: An actual fix to the botting problem
3: A revert matchmaking to how it worked before MyM. There is no reason the entire server should get kicked every 3 rounds this only makes the bot problem worse

1: make them know we havent forgotten about tf2 and there promise to try and fix it
2: temporarily close 3rd party (not community) servers. One of the reasons as to why the bots seem everywhere in casual is because everyone who isnt a bot is on uncletopia or faceit or wherever the new big place is. I'm not calling them bad, I dont want to go onto a 3rd party server just to avoid bots.
3: Help come up with ideas for how to propperly deal with the bot crisis.
