wtf are these bots, they format this to 3 lines but i try to read it and it doesnt sound like anything, dont rhyme, dont "flow" in any way, isnt melodical, wtf is this haiku shit
They have done several banwaves and updates to the game which made bots disappear. It was temporary but it happened. And unless the bot-devs/hosts literally give up forever and nobody new ever replaces them, this issue will persist in some form.
i know how hard it must have been but converting the game to 64bits does NOT equal a 'big' update especially since we've had bigger updates deserving of the title of 'massive' during VALVe's continued support of the game

I mean there was a crash that popped up recently related to the game trying to make you spawn as Gordon Freeman.
because in Half-Life valve made health packs make that sounds which in lore is presumably the HEV suit making this sound as some sort of indicator, but since HL1(GoldSrc) is the ancestor ofthe Source engine, this sound just got ported over to all valve games
The pill bottles are probably pressurized going from manufacturing to plane to the battlefield, and the boxes probably have old hermetic sealed tuna can style medicine containers inside of it.

what is even the point of the haiku bot if it never actually makes a decent haiku
It legit just finds comments that are 17 syllables (or at least tries) and splits them into three lines. There's no poetry in it at all.

haiku is an actual poetic device the scheme is 5-7-5, 5 syllables in the first and last line, 7 in the middle this bot just sucks
The bot is right though isn’t it? The joke is Sokka in Avatar had one extra syllable and got thrown out of a Haiku club.

It took them like 8 years to do a ban wave, and all the updates were community made content.
