Why are they not at the lakes o can't find their zones

I like to hop the lakes/range where they’re suppose to be. Exit the map once you kill one to force respawn.

I did, it’s my only rare so far

I think like 50 or 60 but its prolly less ive spent like 12 hrs hunting them tho
