When you’re at peace and the facility is completely hidden, why the rush? There’s no rebellion yet and the only real threat is some dude who’s named after a literal tool. Taking a leisurely stroll is perfectly acceptable.
I can't speak on hemlock or palps but the kaminoans always walk slow, it's a combo of them actually going at a leisurely pace and their long ass limbs / longer strides creating the illusion of a kind of float to their gait.

All the Kaminoans are very slow-moving and slow-talking. They're basically space giraffes; with those long legs and arms, they probably can't move very quickly.

How hemlock could have gotten to the ship in time- step one- have scorch stun omega, step 2- have scorch either carry omega or lift her yourself hemlock . Step 3- actually run instead of moving at a snails pace and call the ship earlier. But no, instead you get wasted like a gta protagonist on a Tuesday afternoon.
