I would say yes. You could just sit back and let the other teams have at it so you get disqualified with no penalty.
But I also realize that’ll hurt your rank. So it’s kinda lose lose.
You won't lose (or won't lose much) if you're alone. This is taken into consideration when your ELO is calculated at the end of round.
Also - try to exclusively third party in these situations. Also, some of the stronger teams might grief another strong team and help you advance.
Tbh this is extremely rare in my experience but maybe like once a day ill get a game where it's only 2 of us. I havent seen it impact my rank negatively. Just was a little lackluster to play 1 v 9 in this one lmao. I just took it as a chance to run around and try 😂 didnt go well... but i tried!
Games Answer: "Your teammates left! So you won't receive ANY penalty! :D"
What Actually Happens: "Here is your 10 minutes of waiting penalty for leaving your 'teammates'. Do it again and It'll be 3 years."

yeah this is the whole reason ranked just isn’t worth it to me, it feels like what’s the point if i keep getting games solo or teammates leave
