Nope. Get it fixed through insurance and send your insurance company the video. Let them go after her and her insurance. You don't have to do shit at that point.
That's the way it's done in my country, and since:
- She knew she damaged it but didn't stay or leave a note with her contact info, a police report is mandatory (for the insurance)
- She's in a bit of a pickle because she wasn't driving when causing the damage so her car insurance won't cover it, neither her household insurance since it is obvious on camera that she did it on purpose.
- She may be pursued because this is technically a hit and run...
Would have been better if she bumped the car while staring at the camera. Seriously, how can people not know about the cameras and that it immediately notifies the owner’s phone? Guess she is going to find out the hard way.

Pretty dumb to do that and then still stay parked there. Maybe they were just marveling at the fact that your car seems to be dent resistant. Like "Wow! That didn't leave a mark. I can't believe it. This car must be indestructible. Better test that hypothesis!"
Funnily enough, she has a door guard on her door that you can see and I think she actually was testing it out at the end. Still not good to test it out on an actual car like that that's not yours but I wouldn't be surprised if both these cars belonged to the woman or her family. Purpose of door guards are to mitigate or prevent scratches made by your doors when opening them. Very helpful if you have kids and bunch of shit to carry.

It may not have caused damage this time, but eventually, she's going to swing it open hard enough to leave a dent. Whether it leaves a mark or not, its still a dick thing to do.

Is nobody seeing that she's got one of those little door "bumper" protectors on her door? I'm not saying she should just carelessly swing her door into other cars, but what I see could also be explained as her putting 100% trust in a $3.00 door bumper, and then doubling down to prove to herself that yes, the bumper is working.
You don't put a door bumper on your car because you WANT to damage other cars, you put it on there because you don't want to damage other cars.
