There are actually three OEMs for the T480. Darfon, Chicony and LiteOn. Darfon makes terrible keyboards, Chicony and LiteOn make good ones. The difference is that LiteOn are clickier which some people like and some don't.
You can easily check. Just input your laptop's serial number here (PF something) and go to the tab As Built. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/parts-lookup
Look for Windu2 keyboard and you should see either DFN, CHY or LTN which correspond to the manufacturer.
Alternatively, you can search by part number as well so to check the new keyboard you've put in, you can input the FRU from the keyboard sticker and see the manufacturer.

Interesting, thanks for that bit of info. I might have the Chicony one because this one isn’t as clicky as the stock one that came with my laptop
