Not *super* high in protein, but decent for a sweet treat. Walmart sells Greek Yogurt Bars called "Clio" which are a little like ice creme with a chocolate shell, but the texture's different than ice creme. They have 9 gms of protein and 140 calories. I love them! They have strawberry or vanilla, both with chocolate shells.
Not to hijack your post but any suggestions on a vegan based protein bar? I wish I could eat whey or casein but it WRECKS me. Toilet 🚽 So I have to go vegan or something without dairy. It sucks big time. But any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
NuGo. Vegan AND tasty. They also have a "slim" version. I recently bought a variety pack on Amazon and I've liked all the flavors. I don't do whey protein and these have worked well for me. Very satiating.
If you like coffee, I’ve just discovered Chike protein coffee. I usually have two scoops in the afternoon for 20 g of protein. I drink it on ice. So good.
It’s been a while since I’ve looked at the nutrition facts on bars quest was my best option. Expensive but very filling with lots of protein. I drink premier protein shakes now. But still have a quest bar occasionally. I’ve got a job where I can’t leave and take a break when I need to and I can’t eat or drink when I need to so I bring these along and sneak a bite and sip here and there. They are perfect for that. Haha.
