I used this recipe for the [chimichurri sauce](https://cafedelites.com/authentic-chimichurri-uruguay-argentina/) for the steak I used the butter basting method with garlic first seasoning the steak with SP. I wanted to keep the steak just about medium rare so created the sear first and then let it cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
We got some great looking steaks but no veggies.
