My first reaction to ToD ingame was damn, I was not aware of Epidemius being an LL with a new faction and all that. It was a very pleasant surprise, but from then on I could not get over thinking I wish the same thing had happened to SoC like getting Horstmann.

Given that's he a Khorne character, it could indeed work well for an Ind DLC.
