Nah, fluff-wise most followers are more or less normal people, it's just that when it comes to worshipping Khorne church is a fight club, really, Fight Club is a perfect example of a Khornate Cult in a city.
Extra fun tidbit, there's a Norscan city which heavily regulates Khornates, cause when Chaos is weak said city is one of the most metropolitan trading cities in the whole world, and fighting is bad for business

The Lady of Lake is Lilith, another Elf God from Fantasy. Not Isha.
