I am saying this because I've been on testosterone for seven plus years, I also have stim and issues with self control. If you are being irresponsible with testosterone, which you are being, it is showing you might need some help such as having the used syringes taken from you. I am hoping with everything in me you also have only been using the syringes and not the needles with them.
There are no walmarts in my country but I'll try to go to a bakery supply store or something. I did throw the needle away and i wont use the syringe to drink water again now that i know lol

Alternative. If you want the same style of syringe. Go to a vet. Tell them you need a syringe to give your pet water after trying to pill them. Hell, at my work we automatically do that for people getting pills because depending on the medication it can be required to have them drink water after.
Hopefully you can find a good syringe to drink water from. I know there are big comedy style ones you can get to drink shots out of. For me those are more fun to drink from.
