Not necessarily, not having bottom dysphoria isn’t an indicator of not being trans, many trans women feel comfortable with their genitals just as some trans men feel comfortable with theirs, not having bottom dysphoria doesn’t mean you aren’t trans
I dont really know about this stuff, but a med school relative, told me that he wants to specialize and be a neurosurgeon to preform such operations, like he said that it could be done, on paper but it hasnt really been tried
I honestly dont know how accurate what he said was, but i thought id share what i been told so that maybe someone smart may say its BS or confirm it
