My go to artists recommend regular bepanthen and advise against bepanthen plus which contains zinc, which apparently draws colour out of the skin during healing

Knee or elbow? Depending on the size, you could probably make either joint the mouth. Though I wonder if the ditch wouldn't be so much cooler. If you do the knee, the mouth would open and close with each step.
This is pretty cool, I'd imagine it can go a lot of places, but kinda depends on what you already have tattooed and what your plans are? I could see it being cool on like the tricep or bicep, forearm, calf, big ol' stomach piece etc.
