It'd probably come down to Alternity Prime and Ultima I think. Both are disgustingly OP and punch way above their weight classes. In Ultima's case, its literally a race against time for the most part since the novelization points out Goji just is just a representation of a higher extra dimensional entity alongside the other Kaiju seen in the series.
Weâre talking about a kaiju who burned Ghidorah to the ground killed two Mutoâs absolutely destroyed Kong and obliterated both male and female mutos and went mono E mono with a titan that has both to the power of ice and is 10 times bigger than Ghidorah prime would be roadkill
I don't think Optimus would fight Godzilla, because in many of the movies he is portrayed as a good guy and protects Japan from other monsters. (The Awful Hollywood movies do not count except Zilla bc I have a soft spot for Zilla)

We all know it wouldnt be fair, godzilla earth just stomps them all accidentally and kotm godzilla can like turn into an atomic bomb. That's actually not really been established, the Matrix has been mostly just used against Unicron. But in G1 the Autobots used the Matrix on a disease that whenever someone was infected with it only felt hate and the infected could give to someone just by touching them it was the last episode of season 3. Also in Death Battle, I know it's fan made but they're pretty thorough, in their video between Optimus and Gundam at the end Optimus used the Matrix on the Gundam.
I think the only matrixes weâve seen work like that is Prime (a stretch as weâve only seen it used on Unicronâs spark) and Cyberverse (more solid because it was used on an Allspark empowered Starscream.) But itâs still every version of Godzilla, each with their own matrix blasts.
The Matrix has remained consistent, that's it's the collective wisdom of the Primes. But in any media (to my knowledge) have never established that the Matrix can only be used on Unicron. So, IMO we can apply that to any media, unless a piece of media directly says that the Matrix can only be used on Unicron.

As much of a leg up Cybertron and Marvel prime are, theyâre still fighting every version of Godzilla. I think Godzilla wins and itâs not close.
