I’m in so much pain rn lol…had ffs on Wednesday and omg the pain is like wild!!! Have so many meds to take but yeah still they don’t do the job to make the pain go away just to make it manageable. Eating is beyond hard too, had to premake two weeks worth of soup and froze it made two different soups :). Also getting up and laying back down that’s super super painful, got huuuuge bruises on both sides of my waist from the fat they took. That so far has been the worst of the pain, like I was going to lay down again and it felt like it tore or something and woof I screamed so loud and it bled a bit but I’m okay :)

I’m doing a pretty strict diet that I made, wake up drink strawberry banana with super food protein powder shake then for lunch coconut tomato soup and dinner I have a butternut squash soup I puréed with sweet onions, sage, ginger, salt pepper and garlic. Very tasty. But yeah that’s my died rn. I also have soft garlic black bean tofu. But I haven’t wanted to eat that because I can hardly open my lips rn. So it’s been liquids through a straw.

I respect the willpower ngl the smoothie sounds so good rn, what does tofu taste like? I’m trying my best to not eat fried food everyday💀

:) well I used to be a sous chef so I looooove to cook and rarely eat out or eat premade things. Tofu is good if made right and you have a good tofu brand. But alone it’s rather bland. I pretty much just eat rice, seaweed, kimchi, pork belly or chicken thighs. It’s basic and healthy and I loooooove it because it’s a childhood mean that I adore. Other than that I drink a ton of dairy free protein shakes that I make from frozen bananas and strawberries and that powder I mention earlier. I sometimes will make pasta too but those are my carbo loading days. I eat tons of potstickers/gyoza/mandu maybe 2 times a week il do that. Sometimes il make egg salad sandwiches lol. And I make a lot of soups. Most of my soups are roasted veggies that I blend with olive oil. But I do love a nice healthy Korean radish and beef soup too.

Give the HRT more time for sure. Doubt you will need surgery as you have just so much femininity as it you are likely to pass just fine.

I mean, generally you aren't even looking trans, if I saw you in the street and didn't know, I would just clock you as a cis dude out of my pure innocence. I really think you should check your hormonal levels. I also hadn't any changes in one year, but HRT just refused to work in my case. Would be interesting for you to analyse this to not be like if you were "taking placebo". Also, I don't know if you can properly girlmode, but definitely some better choices of clothing and hair could help you a lot more.
