It amazes me that Swifties think she hasn’t had surgery. Her blepharoplasty is very obvious and her face has completely changed shape. She used to have a shorter face, like her mom, and had a recessed chin with a subtle cleft. I don’t know if she’s had an implant or just gets filler there, but it’s very different.
I’ve been to coachella the past 2 years, some celebrities have more “fun” than others and some just go for the social aspect. Most common drugs I’ve seen around the place would be MDMA (Molly) weed and cocaine. Based off the vids I had seen I would pretty confidently say she was on some Molly
In my opinion, this is what I think she may have gotten done:
- Brow lift (she used to have very hooded eyes)
- Rhinoplasty of some kind (they didn't change the shape of her nose. They just made it more refined [that surgeon knows what they're doing])
- Breast augmentation (this one, I believe, is not for cosmetic reasons but medical. He mother had breast cancer. Taylor could be a carrier of a mutated BRCA1/BRCA2 gene [which substantially increases ur chances of developing breast and/or ovarian cancer - ESPECIALLY if you have a 1st degree relative that did develop breast cancer] so she could have had a precautionary double mastectomy done and then gotten breast implants.)
- Veneers (verryyy obvious)
- Botox (maybe? Very small amounts to where it still looks natural, but it's hard to tell with her bangs)
But again, this is just my opinion 🤷♀️

She definitely whatever that eyelid surgery is. Her face is super frozen. Definitely a ton of Botox. She also hardly sweats on stage which points to Botox.
Just my two cents on the breast augmentation point - I believe she's had at least one surgery and I tend to think it was for cosmetic reasons. Hear me out - if you have a mastectomy, they literally remove all of the breast tissue. That means there is NO fat left in the breasts. Even if the reconstruction doctor borrows fat from your body (usually stomach) to smooth out over the implants to give you more of natural look, that fat doesn't "grow" as it normally would if you gained weight. Given that her breasts have a very natural look, and the cup size seems to go up and down proportionately with any weight changes, I kinda feel like the implants were not for medical reasons.
Before I get downvoted to hell for this comment, I want to add that I have personal experience of what happens here with breast augmentation for cosmetic reasons AND breast reconstruction for medical. I had breast augmentation many years ago because I was simply tired of being flat chested and not filling out dresses and swimsuits. Any weight changes appeared in my breasts like you would expect. Later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which necessitated a mastectomy, reconstruction and other treatment. My breast size didn't fluctuate with my weight changes post reconstruction surgery (and my weight definitely went up and down while being treated post surgery)! Since I was told this was typical because I didn't have the fat cells there post mastectomy, I am standing on that point.
In my opinion, IF she had prophylactic surgery for the BRCA gene herself, she missed a huge opportunity to use that for increased breast cancer awareness (like Angelina Jolie and Christina Applegate). To my knowledge, she's never done that other than making pretty generic posts about her mom's cancer diagnoses, which did gain attention. Sadly, she doesn't always seem to use her enormous platform to bring extra attention to important causes. 🤷♀️
You make a good point about the weight fluctuations. 🧐 and if a prophylaxis mastectomy was the case, I feel like she could talk about it, and it would not be controversial. She mentioned her mom's diagnosis a decent amount in her Miss Americana doc. I hope u don't get downvoted to hell bc it's a good take.

But during the Golden Globes her eyes got smaller again, after having them too enlarged for a few years. Like if you watch the red carpet footage she was struggling to open her eyes properly. I'm wondering if she got a surgery to reverse it and get her old eyes back, or if some other surgery had that side-effect?
The behind the scenes stuff from the Fortnight video makes it really obvious that she definitely has had a lot more work done (and gets a substantial amount of Botox) than I thought. Her skin is very thinned out.
I’m gonna say besides the slight facial edits she’s done, it’s likely that we aren’t used to seeing her in these colors so she looks more drawn and washed out that she normally does. Also the diff between stage makeup and regular make up- perhaps just the frequency of seeing eras pics is causing some confusion when seeing her on a regular ??
It definitely looks like she got lip filler or the first photo is edited to make it look like that. Nose job(s) are obvious . Probably eye surgery on the lids. Finally, over the years she's had extensive dental work.

I can’t remember exactly what nerve it is, There is one that if they nick it during a surgery you can have trouble opening and closing your eye.
