I did 12 months with optimale they were pretty good got dialed in on dosage etc, I've done my homework and convinced my GP to authorise blood tests every 6 months so now I've gone underground sourcing my own enanthetate and hgc. Keeping an eye on numbers and let's see how it goes for 12 months £110 a month to optimale whilst affordable starts adding up along with blood tests etc.
Ok will also look into this. Yes i totally get what you mean. When i started at £110 i was really happy paying this but when i started adding all the other ‘extras’ it then really adds up. I just want to make sure i am getting the best deal and also cost effective as i can etc.
Completely understandable, I get my needles etc from Amazon now about £20 for 100 (I do subq) obviously I've convinced my GP to help with blood tests and at an underground lab its roughly £60 a quarter for my enanthetate and hgc same brand as I was getting from optimale. However I would recommend following a proper clinic until you're dialed in and happy with numbers etc
Optimale are blood suckers.
I needed help 2 years ago, and the Dr called and said I'm not sure this call was necessary while chewing on the phone clearly at his house.
Self administration for 2+ years. I'm my own boss now 😎
Thank you for your reply. Umm so i was recommended HCG so this cost was added, the blood work (also extra if you need to go to participating Superdrug which is around 50miles away from me) so i have to then pay for a nurse to do it coming to my house, injection equipment etc the costs are stacking up. If this is normal then thats fine but just seeing if there are others.
Umm i think it was about 4 weeks. Initially it was going to me more like 7 weeks but managed to get a cancellation for consultation which was literally the next day when i needed to arrange it
Thank you so much!
Will give it until the 6 month mark then look at switching. I’m paying £110 per month for Cypionate (which this is included but can only order once every 4 months). Although this includes Dr appointments and the Cypionate, everything else like HCG, injection supplies, blood work, torbac, multi vial etc is all on top. So would you say that these costs are too high?
There may be things you can get cheaper. Medisave are an excellent online store for injection supplies. Your GP might be willing to do some of the bloodwork if they're so inclined. As for HCG, it depends whether you're currently wanting to use it to maintain fertility and testicular size. Naturally, TRT can be done without HCG if these things are not important to you.
I was with Optimale - they are relatively expensive but more importantly they were absolutely shockingly bad - total cowboys imo. Go to the Leger clinic - way more professional
I use to be with them and run a help group. Majority of guys get dialled in then we buy test ourselves from German pharmacy’s and carry out our own blood tests
Optimale are terrible at the moment, new owners and shocking customer service.
I'm with Prime Life Clinic, all the guys are on TRT themselves, know what they are talking about, no hidden costs and they've just bagged Mojos best doctor too

There's certainly a few choices. Ledger Clinic and Balance my Hormones are two that come to mind.
