I noticed that too. I thought it was because the backgrounds of playlists are based on the color of the main image, so the red tape was messing with it. Just a thought

I’m pretty sure this is just a Spotify thing. I think they just take a prominent color from the art and make that the background color. I’m pretty sure they all just switched to red due to the tape being added. Trench definitely had yellow before and I’m pretty sure Scaled and Icy had a light blue background because of the dragon.
