PatheticMr

I think it's hilarious that Corbyn and his merry band of perpetual opposition are now claiming the reason he looks likely to lose his seat is because of 'confusion'. Presumably, the good people of Islington North are illiterate to the degree that they are unable to distinguish the name 'Jeremy Corbyn' against a list of names of other candidates on the ballot paper. I suppose they are forced to rely on the Labour Party logo as the only available indicator guiding them to the correct box to check in order to vote for their preferred candidate? I look forward to the headlines: "JEREMY CORBYN LOSES SEAT DUE TO ILLITERACY AMONG ISLINGTON NORTH CONSTITUENTS".

Spot on. I remember in the Scottish independence referendum campaign (though it applies equally well to Brexit), seeing arguments about the form of the questions and research on how a form with a yes/no answer gets a different result to no/yes and different again to leave/remain and so on. And I remember thinking, regardless of what one thinks about the issue itself, do we *really* have to accommodate people who answer the same question differently when the form changes? Who say Yes Scotland should be independent but also that they want to Remain in the UK? All we can say about those people is that they have no earthly idea what they're voting for, clearly. I'd slap all three forms of the question on there if it was me, and disqualify any inconsistent votes. Similarly, anyone genuinely confused by the Corbyn and Labour setup in the next election - which is pretty straightforward - clearly isn't trying hard enough or just isn't capable of playing their role in society.

Just as with Diane Abbott, Corbyn has had a good run and should make way for someone else. More than 40 years in the job, that's enough.

Ok-fine-man

As proven by his pathetic 'leadership', he'll never let go
