First of all how would you not notice the other person is dead for several minutes? Secondly I think paramedics seeing a naked body (which is in their job description) would be the least of your problems. Thirdly, people with senses of humor like to inject humor into realistically uncomfortable situations as a way to deal with it, it's called black humor.
