I just can't stand that no one knows how to spell hock when talking about hocking a lougie. Hawks are birds of prey. Hock is the sound when you get ready to spit.
I dunno. There's a big difference between someone who is witty and clever, and someone who just repeats things that made them laugh.
The 2nd type was tiresome when it was Anchorman and Borat lines, and they're still tiresome today.
