East bay and further down is probably your best bet honestly. Or head up to Sac midtown. Napa has some nightlife for the younger crowd going these days in the downtown area.
Edit: as others mentioned—townhouse is chill and draws some of the younger crowd at times. Mare island brewing at the ferry bldg is poppin’ with a good amount of younger folks too, and savage and Cooke is a little more elegant, relaxed and has some great cocktails.
Townhouse in downtown Vallejo has a mix of ages, but I see some folks in that age range there especially on Saturday nights when they do drag performances
Shit goes down there. I stopped going there due to safety issues, assaults, racism, transphobia, ableism etc... Also other things i don't want to talk about on here. It was pretty disappointing, i think that it's a nice location and building. I think the owner can turn it around if they haven't already.
There’s a new social club in benicia next to the rookies. (i believe inside the rookies) check them out. called Valhalla. I personally haven’t been but have seen some aite reviews. Careful tho bcos benicia cops be heavy in the area

Live music Wednesday nights at Empress Theater. This is usually an older crowd though. Probably the nicest bar in town, beautiful inside. Food truck outside usually. head to Townhouse after they wrap around 8ish.

Seriously though, if you're into theater or rap music in dive bars you can find that here. The town is pretty divided between middle class old white people, middle aged religious Hispanics and Asians, and younger proletariat black and brown people. If you're in one of those groups, you'll find something in town to do. The rest just get an Uber or a designated driver.

They desperately need people who know how to run a city and city planners. there's been a lot of issues that have made it a struggle for Vallejo to reach its potential. I have hope for the future of Vallejo, it's a beautiful magickal place in my opinion.

I love Townhouse. The only gay bar Ive ever been to that's arguably more of a dive bar. Everyone is welcome. Live music nights are fun

Bottom of the fifth in Benicia is the closest chill bar from Vallejo. Otherwise, *yuck there's *~Napa~*
That’s why I left vallejo in my 20s there’s nothing out there tbh if you want to have a social life.
