I do, and have no issues. But ask 100 people, and you'll get 100 different answers on that one.

I think it’s even more important for vegetables than it is for flowers. Flowers can grow in even the crappiest soil.

When I plant ( eg a tomato) in a raised bed I have a process where I put compost etc in the hole. Mulch over the whole bed also helps w soil

Absolutely. Mix in a couple inches with organic fertilizer and get delicious vegetables.

I hardly use any compost on flowers frankly. But I put a TON for my vegetables. i think you need even better soil for vegetables than for flowers because the "Fruit" costs the plant a ton of sugars and metabolically expensive to make. like way more than a bloom

My veggies are feeding my family so I feed my veggies. I definitely recommend compost for veggies
