SID, 100% - they have sooo many jazzy songs

NefariousnessNeat607

Awesome suggestion, I can't believe I've never heard of them before. And as a bass player particularly, their songs have some fun bass parts! Appreciate it!

chrisXlr8r

Nightmare, while primarily known for their songs on anime, specialized in Jazz-kei for a while. Look up The Last Show, Aizou Rondo, Masquerade, Dasei Boogie, and Blur. All of these are great

glcy

Sugar. They were amazing jazz-kei band.

zeetabyte

seconded! You can also consider vocalist's Loki's current band, More (or since renamed to Sakashimana Haguruma wo Kamen ga Warau) which I really loved their acoustic album

glcy

Stealing this recommendation for myself, thanks! I haven’t been checking up on Loki and his glorious eyebrows since his Sugar and König days

zeetabyte

Full steam ahead! You're welcome! To be very frank I haven't kept up to date very much with the band's discography, but I do follow his Twitter. Besides More/Sakashimana, he's been doing lots of stuff with Kaya (which makes sense given their artsy vibes). I found out that their late drummer Yune was previously of the Gazette as well. RIP :"( Oh I believe the eyebrows and lashes are still very much there. Fabulous dude.

rorosphere

fukuro. i know she’s not a visual kei artist, but sheena ringo has done rock and jazz.

chrisXlr8r

Also Nightmare did a cover of Friend Like Me from Aladdin. Hope that counts

JugOfMilkDadLeftFor

Seriously?!? I consider myself a fan of Nightmare and yet I never knew this 😔 is it available on YouTube somewhere?

younapi

Look up Disney Visual Rock album!

Penicillin had a Jazz version of the Vibe album. Klaha - Chameleonの接吻 Pierrot - 夕闇スーサイド

onenightsection

Vidoll had a few

Brodolo

MUCC sometimes have jazzy elements to some songs. 1979 is one song of theirs that comes to mind, but I remember there are others that have slipped my mind. I haven't listened to any of their stuff post 2010 so I'm not sure if they continued this or not lol.

cutcoffin

Merry maybe? They mix a ton of stuff so it might not be solely jazz-ish. Seconding SID.

237q

Lycaon stuff from the Gossip era is fire. Liphlich, anything really. Dog inthe Pwo - Magical Magic. I used to love that cabaret style vk

Badymaru

SID was my first thought, but since someone already said it I'll add [Fukuro](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nigYyWQQGs) to the list.

Emiragaogao

Moran ❤️

Ascendead_Teru

Dolly has some rock/jazz music! [Dolly-Juliet](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxBJogZ7Ta0) [Dolly- Moonlight Disco](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSuNqFbECDU&pp=ygUIRG9sbHkgUFY%3D)

Constant_Will362

**8-eit** (band name) You won't be able to put the vinyl down ! Their singer is great man

jellyrot

I could be wrong but I recall Scissor being a bit jazzy at times

zeetabyte

I wonder if Liphlich and Moran might scratch some of that jazz-rock itch?

No-Orange7397

REIGN has a few

Zagalia1984

Definitely MUCC on your first 3 álbuns.

cappaido
