Wts going on with the drones buddy the rest is pretty good but a good drone will make it better
You need 1 tank or bot w/ high hp at least. On tight matches, defending a key beacon is crucial.

Try revenant or fenrir in the test server see if you enjoy using it.

Use the bullseye lynx pilot, Levi Hiccock, he gives you quantum radar in the lynx ability
Both are very good pilots, but lynx's ability without Cat is so short. i would be using hickok but the 4 seconds of stealth feels like 2.
Are you crazy this pilot is trash meanwhile the cooldown one is one of the best pilots.
Replace ophion with a tank. also try and get a new t3/t4 drone, and you should be good to go.

I use Adrian for mine because I don't have the Shenlou pilots.
Is the techno scorpion any good? I have one sitting in my hanger,not been playing long so not sure.
