It's hard to find chain wallets these days. I would check out makers on Etsy like Sin City Leathers or Grey Wolf Leather PNW that make wallets with eyelets/lanyard holes. And you can just add your own chain.

I’m looking for a trifold, or even a bifold chain wallet. Preferably one with a design that’s not skulls, horror, or playboy. I’ve searched everywhere I can think of and am coming up short. Used to have a black and white checkered one years ago and loved it.
Some of the Japanese based motorcycle centric brands seem to embrace the chain with classic designs. That said, I’ve started adding chain options to the wallets I make, so shoot me a DM if you are interested.
I make leather wallets and can make you something that can attach to a chain. I have a few smaller EDC wallets (pictured below) ready made that have a grommet for a chain or I can make a bifold that you can attach a chain to. I can make them with or without tooling.
