No the chaos Dimension is where they go in between the shitshow dimension that is Transit and our dimension the flipping of the handle on the trailer door is what causes the transition
This reminds me of something gross that happened when I was on break once.
So in my first year at Walmart, i'd usually get those chicken wraps over in the deli area for a while, until one day I bit into one of them, and there was a small piece of a wooden blue pallet in it. Thank goodness it didn't go through my tounge or give me a splinter! To this day I still wonder how the hell they managed to get part of a wooden pallet into a chicken wrap sandwhich.
I do not know about your store, but we make ours completely by hand. All of the ingredients packed and cut there in the deli. So that really is strange.
Wow, that's pretty neat! I always thought an outside company made them and distributed them to Walmart. Had no idea Walmart employees could make them too! And yea, I still wonder how they managed to get wooden pallet into the wrap lol
Not sure if you saw /u/Orange_Turtles link, but someone else also got the blue pallet surprise https://www.tiktok.com/@gayassbellaaa/video/7313274110249815339
Right?? I really want to know how bits of pallet keep getting into contact with raw chicken. Pallets stay on the floor, and raw chicken should be literally anywhere else lol
Maybe during the transport process, the pallets sometimes stab into the box and could break off into the chicken?
That definitely makes the most sense. But what gets me the most is that no deli person caught it while preparing the chicken. Like it’s even blue so it’s easy to see!
True! I guess it would be easy to not see if a piece is embedded deep in the chicken, and maybe even miss it after they shred the chicken apart. But if a big piece has broken off in it, they should definetly be able to see that and just claims it out and not use contaminated chicken.
Even nastier when you remember that those pallets touch both the ground outside and inside the Walmart! 🤮
Wow this is eerily similar to a tik tok I just saw yesterday of some girl eating chicken from the Walmart deli and a piece of her chicken was literally just a chunk of our blue pallets that got coated and fried 💀 https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTL85RKqq/
Based on all of the things I've seen on our trucks, my first thought is "DC".
The other day, I pulled a sound bar out of a pallet. The boxes have an L shape. You've probably seen them. The sound bar part was perfectly inside the pallet, but the big boxy end was crushed against the wall.
I've seen downstacks on top of mirrors.
Cases of apple cider vinegar crushed between two pallets.
Grills (team lifts) just on the floor without a pallet.
Large tvs without a pallet
Empty bottles used as a wedge to hold boxes up...
I mean, it's a safe bet you can add skewered ham to that list. Definitely DC.
If youve unloaded enough trucks, you'd definitely see how this would happen. Cases fall through broken pallets. Electric jacks picks it up and pieces go everywhere. It can get messy in there.
I have a picture of a bunch of peroxide bottles shish kebabbed by a piece of wood being in the truck this stuff is found all the time with stuff in the CAP2 trucks
Cap2 TL here:
A non-trivial amount of the time, the warehouse will double stack pallets before loading them into the MP and FDD trailers, which need to be downstacked via Walkie Stacker before they can be worked. Case of ham was probably the top box on the bottom pallet, and at some point, the top pallet broke, and speared into the freight on the bottom pallet.
One time i was working a pallet of the chilled beverages and on the bottom was a box of the big simply orange juice. The box looked perfectly normal until I opened it and there was a stake that cut through 2 bottles and completely drained them. I was super confused, especially considering I was the first person who touched that box since it got wrapped at the DC
Guarantee it fell in the organics bin. Which it cannot. So they used the nearest pointiest stick like object. Which in most cases, behind the stores, by organics, will be piece of pallets. Take your “spear” get it out of the organics bin. And bring it back inside to dispose of properly.
Those pallets enter a separate chaos dimension in the back of those trucks.

WAIT WHAAATTTT?! I'm never eating walmart deli products again.. Two times is two times too many! How does this happen twice??
Right!? And in chicken again? What is Wally World doing to these god damned chickens?? Like they’re already dead. Don’t need to kill ‘em twice

OMFGGGG 💀
Poor pig gave its life for nothing
An employee who had a good night sticking a piece of wood into a piece of meat. Hams probably bad.
“What do I mark this down as on the manifest? Steak or ham?” “Yes.”
I’m confident this was a customers doing
Wood Smoked extra $5.00
Bro let intrusive thoughts win
Don't ask: It's walmart
Wow, they really hammed THAT up, didn't they?
Better a ham than someone's leg I always say. I don't even want to know how that happened...
Clearly a tornado hit your stock room
I’m not even mad that’s amazing
Ham kabob.
Someone stuck their wood in some big meat.
Broken pallet double stacked, + a forklift.
A pallet with an exposed piece of woods gets pushed by the pallet jack into the other pallet.
The DC. /s?
this was 1000% probably our fault
It got thrown in a tornado? 😂
I should call her..
You gonna pork her with your wood? Lmao
*When a piece of wood and a large succulent ham love each other very much*
Someone was mad they missed Thanksgiving
Tears of the Kingdom Fuse ability
The vampire ham has been slain.
As a warhorse employee. Very careless lift driver just shoving pallets into racks is how this happened.
Someone clearly wanted a steak. The spelling's a little off though.
broken pallet and aggressive pallet jack use.

That's some final destination shit right there! Haha.
Vampire ham🤣
It’s too fast Ham racer! “I NEED the power!” (Ham loses control of his car and is ejected into a jagged wood collection.)
It fell out of the truck onto another pallet of tooth picks
Shin splints suck
You should be thankful it was not a ding ding ding.
You pick up a piece of pallet and stab it in a ham
always gotta look out for pallet shrapnel when every pallet explodes after leaving the truck
Tbh I could see a customer doing that.
someone was angry 😂
Pissed off at Easter 😂
Someone was mad and needed an outlet. That’s how
Low pay stupid bosses
"And we won't even charge you extra for the wood.😇"
Walmart rents the Chegg pallets so they probably would try and sell you the pallet and the ham :p
Probably. As they say, "If it makes dollars, then it makes sense."
Yeah who throws away perfectly good meat, especially in this economy?
All I can think is a tornado?? I like chaos dimension better though.
The modern Arthurian legend -- the Sword in the Ham.
It was a vampire 🧛♂️ and it needed to be killed by a spike.
Ok who staked vampire ham
When a pallet gets dropped them pushed with another pallet using the electric jack
Drugs. The answer is always drugs
Tornado
I had a tiny bone in a piece of salmon once at a restaurant that I spit into a napkin
It should have went in the discount meat section...its still good

It's a tomahawk ham instead of a tomahawk steak
At Walmart u never know
I have a photo of the same happening with a couple jugs of tea!! Went straight through the Milo’s box some fucking how
This is that new meat on a stick thing markets working on. Those splinters are a liability right now though.
I blame the vegan! 💅🏾
The vegan made me do it 🥹
I can show you better than I can tell you
Somebody mistook that ham as a vampire
Simple. Walmart. That’s the answer every time.
I can totally envision this involved a new hire trying to play with a powered pallet jack. Lucky it was the ham and not someone's leg! 😆
I’ve had that happen with a box of muffins on a frozen bakery pallet 💀
Boredom or dare.
If youve unloaded enough trucks, you'd definitely see how this would happen. Cases fall through broken pallets. Electric jacks picks it up and pieces go everywhere. It can get messy in there.
Look like someone tried to make it look like its still on the bone
Must of thought it was a vampire idek
Four trash bins for meat….😩🤢🤮
Is that a non-normal amount? All of the stores that I’ve worked at (Super-centers) have had between 3 & 4 meat bins…
Probably is, I just can still smell them. Thank gawd for Vicks vapor rub.
That pig was actually a rare vampire pig, just making sure it stays dead
Don’t ask questions…..
For people who want their meat “Extra dead”
Ham stake
Bad pallets, and bad forklift drivers
Found one of these impaling a frozen pizza once (wood, not ham)
The wood pallets disintegrate into a thousand pieces over time and this is the aftermath of one
Killing the Ham Vampire.
I have a picture of a bunch of peroxide bottles shish kebabbed by a piece of wood being in the truck this stuff is found all the time with stuff in the CAP2 trucks
HAM!! On a stick....
Some vegan.
Final destination
Accident of freeway.
I'd say ignorant/angry employee. That looks intentional.

Forget bone-in, we got stick-in!

Lift drivers sometimes fuck up when putting pallets into slots and smash stuff. Were responsible for a lot of loss here at the distribution center
Meat stick
Walmart DCs baby, you’re welcome 😂
Why use 3 pics when one pic does trick?

Employee. I can’t say I know from experience……… Definitely an employee taking extra “care “ of that ham.
The new meat stick
