I’ll tell you, the lease isn’t due yet. The decision on whether to close a store or not is only made when the lease comes up for renewal. No matter how badly a store is doing the company will keep it open until they can opt out of continuing the lease without breaking it.

Do most of my shopping there via delivery, and I was reading the reviews for a pack of 4 stainless steel forks that cost about $1.25…….(people in my household have a bad habit of losing utensils, so I wasn’t about to spend a lot on them). Some of the reviews were legit complaining about how low quality the forks were.
Like dude….you’re legit spending about a quarter for a multituse utensil….and you expect it to be a high quality product?? Make it make sense!
I don't know how many times people bring back stuff to customer service complaining how something was cheap like...you paid not even $5 for this, and you in your entire 40 year adult life still have not figured out yet you get exactly what you pay for here?

They used to have a great brand, White Stag. I loved the 100% Cotton T-Shirts. Now it is all polyester crap from China. I don't wear Polyester. Polyester is hot, doesn't breathe makes you sweat and gives me rashes. You can't wear polyester in the south with the humidity. I only wear 100% Cotton.

My store had a public anonymous survey type of thing where you could comment on the store and other people could rate your comments. It went pretty much as well as you can imagine but I remember one of them being that some of us dress like slobs and should be ashamed to wear joggers to work. Keep in mind people who work overnight and the truck crew have pretty lax rules for dress code. Couldn’t imagine caring enough about that lol
In the ladies' apparel department, not so much.
Pants for women don't have usable pockets.
If you don't have any use for raggedy distressed jeans or sloppy fitting sweaters in ugly dull colors, or sleeveless dresses, that cuts down on your selection.
Long sleeved shirts and jackets don't come in petites, so the sleeves hang down over my hands and make me look like a clown. I have to buy them online to get a decent fit.
That person certainly does. I did have a woman come up to me and ask me how she looked in some winter coat once. I told her she looked fabulous and started using fashion words. Someone in Apparel was nearby and the lady bought the coat and Apparel just laughed.
I remember the days when Walmart wanted to travel down the route and they could never get Apparel and Fashion. They really just need to stay focused and stay with their business model of collecting 20B in government free money and take care of the poor.
