It looks decently well put together from the pictures. I wish you didn't just straight up copy 40k for the fluff blurb and some of pictures though, you could've changed like six words and two pics and pretended to be a little more original. Plus if they happen to see it there's a good chance you'll get a letter threatening legal action.
I went for the grimdark setting because in my hood it's the most popular one in wargaming.
I don't think I should worry about any legal action because I don't use any copyrighted or trademarked material.
Just been playing a couple games with my lad. We love it, surprising depth for a simple set of rules.
He's liking the human faction, with the big nasty heavy troops, I'm liking the Xenos, those Orks are fantastic, and you can get quite a few of them
