Just got YouTube tv, it’s $20 more a month but hopefully it actually works.
Still waiting for a streaming provider to let you pick how many providers you want for a price per channel
I’d pay $30 a month to just get ESPN and TNT i literally don’t even watch tv besides live sports so every other channel is useless but i have to pay for them
I’d like that too - but it’ll never happen, it’s how they prop up less lucrative channels, and without a ton of content nobody can justify the costs of the model. It’s even how Netflix works (profit comes from licensing, not from their own content…you use the totality to keep the ship afloat while you talk up your originals and exclusives).
And holy shit dude Sling is spendy!
It’s almost like the cable days were better. Just learned i should’ve been using the ESPN app via my slingtv login credentials instead of using the slingtv app because the ESPN app streams better. Like what the fuck? How am i supposed to know that? Like can’t everything be simple? Lol
Never had a problem with YouTube tv other than sometimes the dvr can be wonky when you start a game and it’ll take you to live and gives away the score which is a bummer. But overall, works great

No it made the heart attack 100x worst and made the ending piss me the fuck off instead of making me insanely happy. NEVER BUY SLINGTV EVERYONE.

I dropped sling for the same reason. Using Hulu now so far much better
I appreciate this post and the heads up. I was thinking of buying a Sling subscription for warriors games, but not gonna do it now
