I think the rest of the team misunderstood curry's message to leave work early šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

Pure_Measurement_529

Iā€™m not blaming moody. Only bench player that looks like he understands his role

mauveloventt

Seriously, props to Moody. The only player who didn't piss me off tonight. And he's been making key contributions all series.

slickedup225

Talk about a turn around in attitude we now have towards Moody. Dude's hustling and giving it all during his minutes. I remember when people wanted to trade him for peanuts during the last trade deadline. I really wish we had the opportunity to play our young guys more during the season and let them play through their mistakes. I feel like we could really use youth energy and hustle rn.

youmakemesoerect

Well that was embarrassing

t0177177y

Kings played a horrible first quarter and warriors played down to their level. Then fucked around the whole second quarter to give them an 8 point lead. This team is so unserious and lacks urgency.

SHoGuN_DrAgO

Yeah it was like they were thinking "we are playing at home we're okay" then suddenly find themselves down double digits and never started having that energy of urgency start. They didn't treat this game as a must win.

t0177177y

ā€œWe will start playing better soon. They will just quit.ā€ Shocked pikachu face when Kings keep playing with urgencyā€¦ playoff experience am I right? Veteran team right? Or is it championship DNA?

SHoGuN_DrAgO

Must have deleted that experience off their hard drive tonight. Man what a terrible game

Pure_Measurement_529

Im traumatized at the fact we let Lyles beat us. Also allowing Heurter to get hot was our biggest mistake. Kings shoot like 2018 Houston

_Parkertron_

Hopefully they shoot like game 7 2018 rockets next

Captain_Vegetable

My Dad missed this game to get prostate surgery and probably had a better time than I did watching it

AmelieBenjamin

Easily the most painful thing Iā€™ve read yet

Pure_Measurement_529

Canā€™t believe we let Monk beat us again

youriko31

Can't help when Jordan Poole scored 7 points. Didn't help the team at all. Steph and Klay were missing, but who could blame them? No one outside of them scored that well.

throwaway53689

It just wasnā€™t the fact that he only scored 7pts, his missed layups were some of the worst momentum killers. If he made some of those it wouldā€™ve put us in a better situation, canā€™t blame only him though, offensively besides steph and klay everyone else was sleeping

tadhg555

I swear every time JP goes for one of those layups high off the glass you know it's not going in... So frustrating.

AJC3317

Absolutely embarrassing performance that unfortunately perfectly encapsulates the 2023 Warriors

Fergie_The_Shiba

If thereā€™s anyone to blame itā€™s Kendrick Perkins

youmakemesoerect

He knows what he did

Pure_Measurement_529

Ultimate Jinx

guriboysf

Can anyone think of a shittier post-season performance for a home game in the GSW championship era?

SeekingSignificance

The one where we gave a championship away

guriboysf

That was a heart breaker for sure, but they didn't play like zombies the entire game, unlike this one.

blacklifematterstoo

2016.

Tnevz

Lol seriously. Fitz was talking about Game 6 Klay in OKC and idk 2016 is just repressed in my mind. Losing in the finals in that fashion just made that whole season sour to me. I donā€™t want to watch anything from that season

Ya_Mama_hella_ugly

yeah that what it looked like

DwyaneSteph

Oh. My. God. Finally win a road game, just to come back and look lifeless at home and have to win in SAC again for the series. On one fucking days rest. Poole was fucking awful and so was Donte. Probably the worst coached game from Kerr all season. Call me a pessimist but I am not confident. The core are legends but they are gassed man.

youriko31

Kerr's rotation was ass today, but Poole is just... Dude really scored 7 points when his only real positive is to score points.

Noiserawker

And Moody was playing well...just play him

Helpfulperson3219

There was literally no point in leaving in there if hes just gonna be a net negative all night every night

puhahajk

Like, at least make your fucking layups, bro.....

[deleted]

Iā€™ve never seen us play worse in a playoff game, we looked absolutely cooked from the start. The only reason it wasnā€™t a repeat of game 5 at Memphis is just that the Kings were terrible in the first half too

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

[deleted]

I kinda agree, but this one being a home game makes it feel worse to me. Also, weā€™re on the brink of elimination now, while we could afford to not win the Memphis game

shupadupa

At least that game in Memphis we were up 3-1 and knew we were coming back to Chase for a closeout chance. We just didn't blow it then. Now we gotta go back to Sac for Game 7, on one day's rest, with Sac having all the momentum and all the pressure's on us.

Fuckimbalding

I mean pressure is on them too tho, it's not like there's a game 8.

youmakemesoerect

I canā€™t believe I called in sick for this shit

coder0704

We played like we were sick šŸ˜¤

LOLZOBALL

They let Malik Fucking Monk played like a prime jordan again. Just give fox his numbers and donā€™t let their role player gets hot

Hawcier

monk's good. and wants it

Stink_balls7

Monk can legit ball tho

Reposeer

!!!

Charlie_Wax

I don't want to be too hard on Poole, but the problem with guys who have negative defensive value is that they have to be elite on offense to compensate and, well... He reminds me a lot of 90s Warriors "stars" like Larry Hughes and Joe Smith. He'll have a great game here and there where he looks like a star, but the night-to-night output is not reliable. You can't win when you are counting on guys like this to be consistently effective. They are the route to picking in the lottery. Worried about him not just for the short-term, but also the future. That contract could become a massive problem. I'd honestly rather pay someone like Moody or Kuminga because at least the defensive ability is there when they aren't scoring. When Poole's shot isn't falling, he's a 6'3" traffic cone.

TheRed_Knight

its even worse because he has the tools to be a good defender, 6'4 with a 6'7 wingspan but he plays defense worse the Muggsy Bogues

b0baBEAST

i'm with you on this one. tonight was our chance and we completely whiffed. didn't even show up. gotta wonder if the past success is in our teams head thinking we can just "flip a switch"

fatcatdandan

Teamā€™s been trying to flip the switch since the all star break. Ainā€™t no switch to flip at this point.

b0baBEAST

exactly. watching the start of the lakers grizzlies game and lakers are coming out focused. the way we should have been to start our game.

Pure_Measurement_529

Brown beat Kerr today. Sabonis on bench and Lyles win and we continued to play Looney during those minutes was the biggest Kerr blunder

wewantthefunk354

Kerrā€™s biggest coaching weakness has always been his stubbornness. Iā€™m sure Mike Brown knows it too and knew Kerr wouldnā€™t adjust to Lyles instead of Len.

Hawcier

Agreed. I thought he could've let off the DDV/Poole train after they were not good. And for sure given GP2 more minutes and tried out Kuminga again.

aiden3buckets

Itā€™s not a failure, itā€™s just another step to success šŸ™. Or some shit like that idk

CostOk1173

Thanks Giannis

Charlie_Wax

Another step towards a successful Cancun vacation. Love the core of this team. They've brought a lot of joy over the years. Been a lot of baffling games this season though. Hope this isn't the end of the ride.

Hawcier

I think they need a vacation fr

george_costanza1234

As we join the bucks on the coach, we can take solace in a successful season, as there is no such thing as ā€œfailureā€ Lmao

shnieder88

worst game of the year.

SeekingSignificance

There's no losses in losses

kt_sf

name me one positive thing jordan poole did today.

pantsareoffrightnow

Made a hilarious gif of him chasing a ball out of bounds

WhiteStephCurry

Bambi on ice looking ass. Need the gif

lululenox

So embarrassing.. man can't be starting for us again next game after a performance like this, put Draymond back into the starting 5, we need that energy coming out of the gates for game 7

Charlie_Wax

He was one of the best players on the Kings.

[deleted]

Miss the layup in garbage time

theummeower

Got paid

t0177177y

Remember to panic and pay a guy a max after one decent season. Not a great one, just a decent oneā€¦ doesnā€™t matter if he still has another year on contract, you jump the gun to make sure you over pay him.

CostOk1173

He got some solid cardio in

joshieq

If you're a Kings fan Jordan Poole did a lot of positive today

JordanPooleParty

When he sat on the bench.

Chelseaforlifee

A lot of people thought we had already won the series after game 5. Well there you go....

daagbd

They forgot that Kings were actually good on the road. We even squeaked by on game 4.

Hawcier

So true when 957 game was partying like we won the championship today I thought we were in trouble...

Tnevz

Looked like the team did too. Ridiculous. Just lazy and unfocused play like the Kings would just lie down. Thatā€™s not championship caliber.

Itezguatitez

Outplayed. Outcoached. We looked lethargic while they looked like they we're playing for their lives. Absolutely disgusting performance by Poole. Why is Donte playing so much? Why is Moody playing so few minutes when he's been killing when given the chance? Why so many minutes with both Loon and Dray? We just didn't want it until it was way too late. You can't play with fire against a team as dangerous as the kings. I fucking hate how passive Steph gets when Poole starts alongside him. The ball should never be so many plays on Poole, Klay or DDV when Steph is on the floor. We have no chance at stopping Fox and Monk from getting deep into the paint. So we help. The thing is we help every single time, even when the primary defender is doing a good job, which translates into easy open looks when they dish it out of the paint. They got hot in the 3rd and it was pretty much over. Especially with that run that started with DDV clanking an open 3 to cut the lead within 2 and monk scoring like 3 in a row.

Reposeer

Steph being passive is a guaranteed loss. I already knew.

Reposeer

Letā€™s get this whole comment to Steve ASAP.

[deleted]

Donte had an open look to make it 89-87, he bricked that and the game was over.

iGetBuckets3

That was a massive turning point for sure

Itezguatitez

It was to make it 75-73 actually. But yeah, your point stands. Monk made a run right after that too

ENTENG45

That was a sorry ass effort from the jump

throwaway53689

This was their perfect opportunity and idk if theyā€™ll be able to get a better one tomorrow. Fox wasnā€™t producing as much, kings werenā€™t shooting the ball well or capitalising the warriors turnovers in the first half, sabonis in foul trouble like what more can you ask for?

c0gvortex

Absolutely putrid shooting tonight Total Poole disaster class, he seriously needs a much shorter leash when he's playing this fucking bad.

TheRedditorWeDeserve

100%. I can't help but wonder why Poole plays with next to no discipline or control far too often.

HorseDick_In_My_Anus

holy shit man Poole is out of control

Goodisworthfighting4

They were a 6 seed for a reason. Kerr and Poole ultimately to blame for this game but this team as a unit wasnt championship quality all year.

Zen2188

One other thing we didn't take advantage of was Sabonis fouling out with 6 mins to go and only 7 pts

Dr_Kermit

Their offense was too stagnant at that point & already gave up once they subbed out Curry

bmeisler

They played better without Sabonis. They went super small and cooked us. Kerr had no answer.

dkdalycpa

Tuff loss, but the Kings deserve that win.

ssitu001

Iā€™m laughing. Not even mad. We were terrible

george_costanza1234

Our style of basketball is not conducive to old people lol, I have a bad feeling about game 7

Tnevz

Iā€™m mad. This is annoying to see their effort when they have the close out chance and just blow it. They look disinterested for the most part. Sick of it. Lose in the first round and take the slander. They clearly need something to motivate them.

Raonak

Hard to win 4 in a row. Still, game 7s are scary.

Necessary-Budget-182

Couldn't drive to the paint, couldn't shoot, couldn't make free throws, couldn't rebound, terrible passes, getting beat off the dribble, can't move through screens I'm not sure if there was anything salvageable from this game. Now we have to pray the road warriors don't reappear to end our season.

Pure_Measurement_529

We need pumped up Draymond. Today he was so flat. Maybe we need him to start again, idk at this point

SenseiEntei

Or just don't start Poole. Start GP2 for defense, and give the bulk of Poole's minutes to Moody, who actually plays solid defense

jonatton______yeah

I don't mind this team losing. Been a fan for a long time. It happens. But this was a disgrace. The entitlement of this team on full display. Not sure why they even bothered showing up. Same can be said for that pathetic Chase crowd.

Noiserawker

Don't fault the crowd...they got loud the few times Warriors were actually trying.

Far_Ear9684

DDV in the playoffs is not a floor spacer. When you have him out there with Dray and Loon theyā€™re sagging off of all of them. Moody is not scared and will make the open ones but Kerr just rode DDV.

BobRoss4Life

Jordan Poole and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Game. Bench as a whole has been pretty awful all series, also canā€™t be coming out and giving up an 8-0 run in the literal first minutes of the game. Deserved to lose that, turnovers were atrocious. Super undisciplined for a ā€œvet teamā€ in a fucking close out game at home, and that includes Kerr and the coaches. Game 7 about to be nothing but stress.

throwaway53689

The 8-0 run at the start was just pathetic, just the fact that there wasnā€™t any seriousness, they were just chucking 3s or losing the ball doing stupid shit

shanks_you

The championship team playing like a bunch of serial losers today. All the momentum with Kings going into G7, and frankly I donā€™t see us winning another one on the road. Mike Brown cooked Kerr thoroughly all night long today too. Just a horrible day.

Ok-Bookkeeper-9895

Warriors win Momentum into Game 6 Kings win Momentum Into game 7 Hmmmmmmmmmm MAYBEEE?!!!!?

Cartographer345

Warriors in 7

george_costanza1234

Lol, Iā€™ll believe it when I see it

Dmaa97

Amen šŸ™

LOLZOBALL

What a disgusting performance. Dubs should let fox got his points and focus the defense on Murray, Monk and Huerter.

Zen2188

Draymond Green has a time machine. He just traveled back in time and punched the s**t out of Jordan Poole.

LeFraudJamesSucks

must win game 7 on the road??? lol yeah we're fucked

SellMuch

i donā€™t want to just keep shitting on poole but itā€™s also so bad that the team is a major minus when steph is on the bench this series. jordanā€™s biggest value to the team was supposed to be his ability to run the show when steph isnā€™t on the floor

No-Zookeepergame7943

Just turned on the Lakers game and this team wants to end the series today. Complete sense of urgency and desperation. Unlike the team we just watched. I donā€™t get it - I know it was an early start but you were at home and you came into the game totally disassociated. I think Draymond not starting has a big part to do with it but justā€¦ I donā€™t know.

devw94

I was surprised we even won 1 road game. Iā€™m just not expecting us to win 2. I just have no words on Jordan Poole. Give credit to the Kings too, they hit lots of big shots and in big moments. Iā€™m going into Game 7 expecting a loss so I wonā€™t even be disappointed if we do.

Misster_bait_her

Ok I've typed and backspaced enough. Mike Brown may have discovered a line up today that he will try again. How do the warriors counter? I would like to see, for once, a game with less than 10 turnovers. Sprint back after a made/missed offensive possession. The easy baskets that GP2 got game 5 sunk Kings and this game all the fast break points killed warriors. Have to start finding ways to attack Monk/Fox on the other end. They are young, but they need a way to force them into some amount of exhaustion or hell foul trouble. Seemed to me like the refs were allowing a hell of a lot of grabbing at steph/klay as they tried to free themselves around screens so they got to be prepared for that in SAC. And ffs, make yall FTs.. They won't be as plentiful in SAC.

WeeklySavings

Nice. An away game 7 in prolly the leagues loudest arenaā€¦ pray that the grizzlies force game 7 too

gdmatt

Warriors of old would have closed the series out this game. Unfortunately seems they are not the Warriors of old, just Warriors that are old.

prtty_purple_unicorn

Warriors of old never would have let this series get to game 6.

uyevad

Their legs look shot. Kerr has shortened the rotation too much. You could tell in the first couple minutes when no one on the team was getting back on d. Ultimately, Sac still only shot 40% but the warriors crushed them there with a 37% performanceā€¦. Not sure the solution is for game 7ā€¦ open up the bench in the first half and try to buy some rest for the starters?

Daconvix

As disappointed as I am, Iā€™m somewhat not surprised. Weā€™ve been a mid ass team all year. We were deluding ourselves thinking weā€™d get out this series easily.

george_costanza1234

Itā€™s not even that, thereā€™s like no effort lol. Iā€™m happy they won last year, but no one seems to care anymore. If we lose this year, I think itā€™s over.

Far_Ear9684

Kerr was horrible tonight.

Noiserawker

Usually a Kerr defender but shit...so much did not make sense to me

ImProbablyThatGuy

Even if the Dubs somehow win on Sunday, this series doesnā€™t bode well moving forward with the remaining teams looming.

Hawcier

meh... one game a at a time

grapplebaby

And since kuminga is iced all series, he definitely ain't playing in game 7. Fucking bs

d0000n

If I was a reporter, I would tell Kerr: ā€œNo questions, but you guys fucked upā€

jimmerslee

i don't want to see poole in a warriors jersey next season, idgaf about his highlight plays give me someone who can play defense and actually handle the ball/shoot better than 20% 30mil/yr for this guy lmao pathetic

TheRed_Knight

Its pretty rare you can blame a single player for a loss, but tonight Poole has that honor, the stats really dont do justice to how destructive he was tonight, cost the team 25 points easily chucking up terrible hero ball shots, playing non-existent defense, and putting in minimal effort on both ends, if we gave Moody Pooles minutes we probably win. Fun fact, Poole is shooting 34/25/76 this series But as Gimli said "that still only counts as one!", gotta refocus and get ready for g7 with hopefully Poole only playing 15 mins

puhahajk

Can't forget about how awful DDV was, also

beef6

Iā€™d say Kerr for playing him that long but what else is new

cmc2015

Every single person in that locker room outta be embarrassed. Every one.

[deleted]

Serious question about this team going into Sunday. If we lose: Is there gonna be a major roster shakeup? I just donā€™t think Lacob is good with paying $500million for a first round exit.

inoahguy98

All time snooze fest

wth214

Klay set a bad tone with that first chuck and i blame him for chasing a performance.

kazuya333

I just came here to say jordan Poole is fucking hot garbage. Thanks

BaseballFan2019

Itā€™s time to retire the ā€œgame 6 Klayā€ moniker.

Pure_Measurement_529

Worst Wiggins performance so far this series

pinkconcretebubbles

Worst performance from every Warrior tonight.

george_costanza1234

Except moody, the only dude who actually wanted to win today

Pure_Measurement_529

Moody understands his role and plays it to the max. He is a good counter to the kings

Helpfulperson3219

Not even just him, everyone not named Steph or Klay shit the bed tonight, but even then those had some serious issues tonight

northx57

Just fucking leave Poole in SF.

park7911

If Jordan Pooleā€™s is a Warrior beyond this year, Iā€™m worried about the future. They need to cut their losses with him and send him to Charlotte where he can continue to make low IQ, losing plays while missing 3ā€™s, airballing layups and getting gassed after 10 minutes Embarrassing performance from him,, Klay, Wiggins and Draymond and Steve Refs were bad, but I donā€™t want to hear any ref complaints. They lost by 20.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

puhahajk

He'd be perfect in Charlotte lmao šŸ’€

sergechewbacca

Why the fuck did we play this like we were up 3-0 and could afford to throw this game? I just don't understand how a veteran team can play like this in a game 6.

WhiteStephCurry

Well this team, this core, has nothing left to prove but they tried to coast once again against a team good enough to punish them for shitty play. This team really is designed to beat us. This series seemed destined to go to 7 so may the best team win.

ext0n

Kerr thought he could be cute with these line ups.

Kettleontherocks

I canā€™t believe itā€™s gonna come down to game 7 on the road in the first round

Imperial_Eggroll

Jordan Poole is so fucking bad. Iā€™m so tired having him bitching and whining after every shot attempt. Kerr was absolute shit today. Let the warriors slide way too much. He shouldā€™ve lit a fire under Pooleā€™s ass after his constant antics

NbaAndMusic

Poole is not a player that should play more than like 15-20 mins a game, thatā€™s why he looked so great last playoffs. He was so bad today (& those first 2 games) Iā€™m willing to say he single handedly cost the Warriors the chip this year if they lose Game 7. Eye test was even worse than the stat line believe it or not. He was never worth playing a bunch of mins & in closing lineups but thatā€™s what heā€™s paid like. Warriors fans saw the flash and tough shot making (vs shit defenses btw) and thought they had the next Curry but he just doesnā€™t have Curry intangibles and thereā€™s too much to overcome on court between the terrible defense, whining to refs, foul baiting that doesnā€™t work, turnovers, streaky scoring, streaky handles, mid finishing the list just goes onā€¦ Heā€™s from the era of kids that looked up to Curry and chuck shots from deep all day in AAU but only 1/1000 of those kids actually do the things that make Curry Curry. JP is clearly not in that. Even tho heā€™s showed potential he canā€™t play winning basketball for more than a short stretch of games & the rest of the curry era canā€™t afford that. It hurts but Iā€™ve been on the trade JP train for awhile. GSW not gonna win another chip in the Curry era playing him 30+ minutes a game and having him take up so much the salary cap too. Heā€™s replaceable asf, volume scoring 6th man might be the easiest position to fill in this new high scoring less defense era of the NBA. I think GS has a tendency to make not so special players look special bc of how they develop and teach winning basketball

Butt_Whisperer

What a lifeless game. I said at the end of last game that Sac was gonna come at them with everything they had. It's an elimination game for them, of course their gonna play hard. And like they did play really well tonight. But I also wasn't expecting it to be met with THIS performance. My god.

twodubmac

Pathetic. No other word for whatever the hell that was

buttered_popcorn

Jordan Poole is the worst player in the playoffs, change my mind.

taygads

Gary played 10 minutes. Our 2nd best defender played 10 MINUTES in a Game 6. Literally nothing about this game made any sense starting from the starting jump ball. The vibes were never right, and everything about it from the rotations down to the energy from Steph, Klay, and Dray just felt off. Those 3 are the biggest competitors youā€™ll ever find and theyā€™ve shown over and over that no one wants it more than them. Thereā€™s also not a core that comes into the playoffs/a playoff game with more intention and with a more concerted game plan than these guys and yet, they didnā€™t seem to care at any point during the game and they didnā€™t seem to be playing with any intent or game plan at any point. Everything about this game was weird and I genuinely canā€™t make any sense of what I just watched.

[deleted]

Just complete loser energy from this whole team from the start awful shit Poole is a huge issue at this point he's just not a good player.

[deleted]

![gif](giphy|IEpznngNk5uUAWLL3Q|downsized) Warriors undefeated in G7s on the road in the Kerr era

[deleted]

Letā€™s get it, we need the positivity šŸ«”

MagicWade

Instead of running a garbage cold Jordan Poole for 6000 minutes, how about we try Kuminga who could actually attack a no center Kings? Such a rubbish game of Warriors basketball, so frustrating at every point, it wasn't even fun to watch this. Absolute lack of energy, so much carelessness with the ball, no defense, outcoached the whole game. Look how well trusting a rookie-ish player like Moody is doing for us, why can't we try that with Kuminga?

mattw08

At least JK isnā€™t a negative 100 on D either like Poole.

jawadhaque089

Kuminga is terrible against fast paced teams he doesn't have the experience to keep up with the Kings offense

MagicWade

I'm not saying Kuminga was 100% the magic cure today, but its worth a try at least when Poole was absolute hot fire garbage. He at least would've been better on defence.

TheRedditorWeDeserve

They tried that with kuminga. Dude does not have a fraction of hustle or awareness compared to moody. Worst part is that kuminga doesn't help space the floor or keep locked in on team defense. Obviously it didn't work with Poole tonight either but hard to blame Kerr when he's stuck behind a brick and a dumb player.

LeFraudJamesSucks

I FUCKING HATE POOLE

TouchdownRaiden

Iā€™m straight up not having a good time

AlecGator6

Moody outscoring Poole makes sense

M-I-T-B

Steph said "everyone leave work early" and he obviously meant them too

DrumzRUs

I hate that dam game 6 Klay shit. It's cleary in his head smh

[deleted]

We signed Poole for a ridiculous contract and he's been a net negative all fucking year. Yeah, he did a lot for a stretch last season and the title was great but that doesn't mean you sign him to a 9 figure contract as a fucking thank you. Everybody could see that he's a shorter, weaker version of Tim Hardaway Jr who just got hot for a few months.

saideeps

People blaming Chase Center crowd is so weak. We were even above 500 is thanks to the same crowd, this is only the second playoff loss at venue in two years. Moreover there are 15 guys and a coach playing between the lines who are more responsible for any success/failure than any crowd. Also how do you expect this team to win against a road "crowd" in Golden 1 if they are so heavily dependent on the energy from the Chase Center/Oracle crowd. That's curtains for the season.

PlayfulAd8354

Iā€™m so over this sit Curry when Fox goes out. You gotta press when Fox is out. They can clearly score without Fox. And for the love of god CAN WE PRESSURE THE BALL. We continue to let Sac dictate ball movement when theyā€™re on offense. Take a page out of their book!

abestract

Curry told me to get out of work early, for this?!? I seriously want a refund. What a lame as performance for everyone who stepped on that floor.

ctokes728

Yeah this is over. Crowd was as lifeless as the team. Like wtf was that shit we just watched? You just know the Sac crowd is gonna be twice as loud and their team will feed off it. Canā€™t wait to deal with this shit at work forever since I live in Sac.

crazygates

Hats off to the kings. Played excellent defense. Couldnā€™t even breathe and they were up in your body. They made shots and wanted it more. Our guys started lethargic and never got into a rhythm. Sucks but thatā€™s sports. Onto game 7.

scrambled_cable

Winning a road game was supposed to be the hard part and now they gotta do it again.

ShakeMilton

Ddv cmon

Truesday

Hope those in attendance get a refund for that bullshit.

DiJiDanny

Itā€™s like they all had a night out of heavy drinking last night.

SethBacin

Win or lose, Jordan Poole needs to go in the offseason for a fitting bench piece or something cause he has literally shown zero improvements and adjustments to his game and instead has only shown to be consistent in slipping up in both his handles and shooting.

Owz182

Credit to the kings man, they played a good game. They were making threes all night and we couldnā€™t buy one.

thisisgandhi

Lakers doing everything we should've done today. That's why it's so important to get one of the first two road games so you can take an L in between and still close out at home.

NoTyrantLikeABrain

Absolutely gutless performance. Did they think it was won already? Tone was set in the first few minutes. Sloppy as fuck. More trivially, can anyone identify the shoes GP2 was wearing?

steve915073

Wow not the close out I was expecting. Poole was and continues to be a liability.

jmagz7

Thoroughly outcoached today. With Sabonis in foul trouble, I have no clue how we didn't score in the paint. We should have had a field day. No one could make shots. Wiggins missed FTs. Poole missed everything. How does a guy go from shooting 92% last year to missing FTs in a game 6 close out is beyond me. One of the worst games I've ever seen the Warriors play. No proper ball movement. No back cuts. No dunks. With Sabonis out, Looney should have been able to score a lot more in the paint, like what had been done against the Mavs last season. Generationally bad game from Poole, constantly driving to the rim and not even finishing the attempts. The games we won at home, he played in the system, moved it around. I barely saw him make a pass this game. Idk how no one corrects him or keeps him in check after 2 drives. Also, how are fucking Huerter, Murray, Monk etc who have never been known for their defense, keeping Steph and Klay from getting shots up?

Make Poole walk to Sacramento

walkingthecows

Poole was unplayable this game. Probably the whole series tbh

realuptoknowgood

Draymond back in the lineup, moody more playing time than Poole.

ThroatSlitt

I know one thatā€™s happening for sure. Draymond is starting G7.

ArtfulLying

If poole or Donte touch the floor in game 7, I'm gonna go cry in a corner. Bumiest bums.

urgencaheg

Man, feeling miserable. Had a bad dream today morning of Warriors losing game 6. Poole needs to be gone this off season. Jerome would have played better with his composure. Everyone played bad today. Steph was passive. Klay was far from Game 6 Klay. Wiggins missing everything. Dray was not able to anchor defense. I hope we pull a win tomorrow somehow.

Watching lakers handle business at home early rn. Sigh.

ALL THE FUCKING DOOM & GLOOM ON THIS SUB! Warriors played like entitled geezers this game. But Sunday is a NEW DAY. A new chance to FINISH IT in Sac, and add to the LEGACY. None of us know how this will play out, but ALL OF US know that this team has the šŸ’™ of CHAMPIONS. In SPLASH I trust til they show me different. DUBS IN 7

Was at the game tonight. Absolute bulllshiit effort by the team tonight. Steph wanted ā€œbutts in seatsā€ by 5 PM and that happened but the team gave no fucks.

When Kings came out with that small lineup, Looney shouldā€™ve sat and Kuminga brought in. I mean, nobody was bringing any energy, we shouldā€™ve at least tried to see if Kuminga could be that spark. Also wouldā€™ve liked to see more GP2 instead of DDV. Pooleā€¦ I donā€™t even have any words. I get players have bad games sometimes but they contribute in other ways. When he canā€™t score, he doesnā€™t even make an effort on the defensive end. And his bball IQ is atrocious. So many of those out of control drives couldā€™ve been slowed down for a better look.

Canā€™t you imagine how cooked we are if Moody is a normal kid and lost all of his confidence in the regular season by miserable coaching decisions? We basically only have 6 players that are playable

This team always needs a wake up call to fucking play serious, tonight looked like a regular season game on the road what the fuck did I watch. They definitely played down their level, absolute ass. That being said, winning 4 in a row is pretty hard iā€™m sure theyā€™ll bring it game 7

Okay. After watching the game. I went to bed and calmed down. Now with a rational and relax mind I can say: Poole absolutely robbed the warriors with that contract. The day the warriors signed Poole to that contract was the day the warriors dynasty ended. I donā€™t care if he scores 50 points gets 20 assists and 15 rebounds in game 7, itā€™s ridiculous how much of a liability this guy is. Heā€™s either absolutely awful or on fire; and heā€™s rarely on fire theses days. Thereā€™s really no in between. He literally looks like a baby deer when he drives to the bucket and when he drives he looses the ball half the time. IF he gets to the bucket, he usually loses is balance and misses an easy lay up. The dude wouldnā€™t even look good in G league. Everybody fawns over how fast on the attack he is but itā€™s doesnā€™t matter how fast you are if you have the balance of 3 raccoons disguised in a trench coat and the ball handling of 3rd degree hand burn victim. Heā€™s probably the most selfish basketball player Iā€™ve ever seen for someone so mediocre and Kerr refuses to put him in check or bench him. Dude, had a 1 ducking assist in game 6. One, uno, Š¾Š“ŠøŠ½, un, 壹 (Jordanā€™s gonna need to learn the last one for the future). I donā€™t know if he needs to gain muscle or what but heā€™s constantly getting bullied both offensively and defensively. His defense, god his defenseā€¦where do I start. He looks like a toddler out there constantly losing his man and trailing behind him. Iā€™m tired of seeing Jordan two steps behind the attacker while he stares up with crossed eyes and watches them get an easy bucket. We thought Steph had sub par defense but Jordan really takes the cake. Heā€™s constant trying to play ā€œhero ballā€ when he doesnā€™t have the mental toughness or physical capability to do so. He thinks because he mentored everyday by legends like Steph and Klay that he can easily mimic them. If anything Jordan has made me appreciate just how much of a generational talent Steph is. Steph is successfully doing what Jordan is flopping around trying to do. Jordan is what happens when you try to lay a Steph blueprint on a below average player.
