Atleast 4 intersection lights off of n state street were dead or flashing weird, starbucks on n state street was out of power, Westerville central lost power for a bit too, I heard a substation blew up.

Yep. Power fluctuations, loud humming, sky lit up, then an explosion near Worthington Steel on Maxtown.
The humming was insane! I’m about a mile or two away from Maxtown and the humming woke me up it was so intense

It came from the power substation on Maxtown. Our power was surging over and over. There are firetrucks and cops all up and down my street

Wow, I saw the sky flash from Forest Park and thought it was heat lightning.
Ah this explains why my clocks were all reset.
