I did it in premium and had no complaints. Was 10/10 in service and was on time. Flight back was delayed due to infotainment system not working but was only about an hour.
There is no other direct option if you are looking for direct options. Besides that, they are just about as equal as every full service airline flying across the Atlantic, similar seats, similar quality meals, etc.

Their business class offering is surprisingly decent compared to other North American airlines. Food and service were pretty good.
Service even in economy is fine. Meal served shortly after takeoff (with wine) and a light snack before landing (pastry or wrap with tea/coffee etc).
