Prepackaged Star Wars characters, still in their display box?! Are those the limited edition action figures?! Why, it’s Luke, and Obi-Wan, and my favorite, Chewie! They’re all here!
The only guy that answered with a price saying $150 a piece is downvoted to hell. Lol. Even though the toy collectors guide website seems to agree. It has most of their book values being worth $75-$125, with a select few being $250-475, so it seems like on average the $150 a piece for all of them isn't that far off. I just found several of them on ebay new in the box for less than $100. Luke Skywalker is supposed to be the one worth $475 , but there's 2 on ebay for $400. So ya, the one guy that answered the question of what they're worth, and seems to be right, was downvoted. Lol. Classic Reddit
I couldn’t find Luke for $400 on eBay, one is an Empire card back in great shape, the other is Jedi but it’s brown hair with what looks like the V3 Saber, fairly hard to come by.
I can see 7 that are under $150 and 12 that are above, so I’d definitely say it’s a little lower for sure.
Might want to check those prices for sold 'unpunched' versions as most of these seem to be. Basically means they have never seen a store and went straight from box to collection so are going to be the higher end of the quality scale and probably of a quality to grade.
Everything except the ROTJ aliens (Minus Paploo) is well over that price in that condition. Maybe the Biker Scout and Endor outfits may be a little short of that but still well over $100
I dunno man, you think Disney may be killing the value with oversaturation of the franchise, paired with badly written scripts?
Like I feel like the interest in Star Wars is waning. Not that I know anything about collecting.
You hit the jackpot. Insure and seek an auction house immediately. Do not punch the tops out. Do not crunch them in any way, ding the edges or mistreat them. You have rare treasure here.
u/wcmotel - paging you here incase you hadn't seen this comment yet! Keeping them perfectly intact the way that they are is super important.
Personally, If I was considering the auction house route for selling them, I may even take the time & money to have them graded by PSA/BGS/CGC beforehand.
$150 per is absolutely wrong. There are variants here that could easily fetch four figures in the condition they are in. People don't know what they are talking about.
I don’t want to say I’m an expert on this but I do have a full run of all the Kenner figures and variants and I’ve been collecting for 15 years. Not being able to see the backs of the cards, that Paploo is worth a good amount as is the yoda because it is the brown snake variant
I used to beg my mom to let me get one everytime we went to the dentist. I remember they were $1 each. If I was extra good I got 2. Wish I had them all now.
I remember going to Woolworth’s when I was very little - mid 80s - and seeing the remnants of the ROTJ line on the clearance rack for $1.97 each. I thought to myself “oh that’s cool I should get some when I save up some allowance”
I never got any, I probably bought roll caps and candy cigarettes instead
You should get some protective cases to put these in. If you search Star Case it will get you in the right direction. There are also really high end acrylic cases you can get, if you search Gonk Cases you’ll see them.
Edit: just to add the whole carded figure goes in the case; do not open these in case that’s not obvious.
Yes you have unpunched carded vintage action figures. I’m sure they are worth hundreds! Too bad you don’t have Boba he is worth at least $1600 also check eBay for fun. Look around maybe you have an unopened Millinum Falcon those go for $5000.00 have fun!
Actually a know a rich m-effer that may be interested if you wanna sell some or all. Although I'm sure you won't have a terribly hard time finding buyers. Just be patient. Those are like lottery tickets
If I wasn't in the middle of moving I would love to spend the time to look them up but I just cant spare it. They're really nice and tough in that condition though. I think the best move would be to hold on to at least some of them until interest rate lowered. But just ballparking I think they're worth like a nicer used car. If OP holds onto them they might unde up being a college semester.
He says his master is obi-wan Kenobi & is from these parts…
“Obi-wan Kenobi..?? Gee, I wonder if he means Ol’ Ben Kenobi…”??
Lol, always cracked me up how little effort he seems to put into “disguising his old name”.. & also just kept the last name… ;)
Completionists really go nuts for the figures with the offers on them. I had no idea until sold a carded 4-lom I had with the Emperor offer. I was expecting maybe 100 or 150 or so. It was sold at auction for 400 bucks. If you were to sell them individually, I would say go through a good online auction house. I can't even find an example of that Obi Wan you have with the Emperor offer, so that thing might be pretty rare.
A couple other stand outs that jump out at me are the C3P0 with the removable limbs and the sensor scope R2D2. Those can be pricier than some of the ones. The brown snake Yoda as well. You might want to research the different variants to get a better idea, but it can make a big difference in price.
If you aren't hurting for money, keep and cherish those babies! I only sold mine because I lost my job and was hurting for money during Covid.
Whatever you do, DONT open them! Just the Obi wan pack alone is worth about $100 without the mini figure! This collection is worth lots. Try to go to a special comic or mini figure shop near you!
That is a very nice collection. The big finds are the two Bespin Luke Skywalkers, the Hoth Leia, the Brown Snake Yoda, and the R2. Don’t get me wrong, some of the others are worth a couple hundred but those are your big ticket items. You may want to have them professionally graded by a company like AFA (Action Figure Authority) if you are thinking of selling them. It would greatly increase the value.
These are from just the pic are vary, vary valuable, and highly sought after
These look to be in incredibly near mint condition.
Some of the cards are "unpunched" the hole where it would go on the store shelf is still intact. This also surprisingly increases values
I would 100% get these graded.
Loose without looking these up each one would be worth hundreds... EACH. Some could be 4 or 500 .. each, maybe more.
BUT graded? The price would skyrocket depending on grade. Could be thousands each, some could exceed 2 or 3000.
My buddy has a whole wall of those. He said most are about 150 each but the Christmas Yoda and some other one was a bit more. Good value from what I've been told.
Haha “little bears” = Ewoks
Just be glad you didn’t say that in the star wars forum, the your downvotes would have been 10X this,
Ps I definitely didn’t add to your downvotes, ignore them, just a bunch of nerds hating on your nostalgia.
Prepackaged Star Wars characters, still in their display box?! Are those the limited edition action figures?! Why, it’s Luke, and Obi-Wan, and my favorite, Chewie! They’re all here!
What's a diorama?
We have a winner!
Do not bend your wookie
I think it’s lunchtime
My cat’s breath smells like cat food.
I bent my wookie.
First thing I thought of. Lol
I bent my wookie and now my lightsaber is permanently crooked. Looks like this: 🍤
Did it all for the wookie
I remember going to friends house and they had little light sabers with kinks bent into them. I hated that
Peyronie’s Disease
Princess Leia's breast tape?!
Anti-jiggle breast tape**
You should share this on r/starwarscollecting
Enough to insure if you are not selling. Definitely.
So is any one gonna say what they are worth or we just gonna drool 🤤 over them ?

Seriously, nothing but “a lot”
Yeah, I’d say… a lot
Now, those are some teasures.
Obi-wan , now that’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time.
I like what you did there
I seen a market named OBI recently. Now we need someone to park a wan next to it so we will get OBI-WAN :D
A lot! Keep them in good condition. Don't bend them. Keep them out of the sunlight. Don't open them.
And, whatever you do, don't feed them after midnight.
I dunno man, you think Disney may be killing the value with oversaturation of the franchise, paired with badly written scripts? Like I feel like the interest in Star Wars is waning. Not that I know anything about collecting.
You’d be wrong. None of that has any effect on the original fandom of the OT
you need a Chewy, then you can be complete lol
Probably bent his wookie and took it outta the diorama.
Wookie mistake.
What's a diorama?
Ask your mom
Who cares, first prize!
Prune face and Squid head are my favorites.
They're definitely worth a lot. Your best bet is to contact heritage auction or hakes auction.
Don't punch out the tabs on the top. Unpunched cards are worth more.
Do not get low balled when selling that treasure.
The two Bespin Luke movie variations is cool! I bet Yoda is most valuable given he appears to be on a ESB card back. Congrats. I’m super jealous.
Especially since that’s a pac-man eye version with brown snake.
You hit the jackpot. Insure and seek an auction house immediately. Do not punch the tops out. Do not crunch them in any way, ding the edges or mistreat them. You have rare treasure here.

This could multiply the value exponentially.
Thanks. I will do so.
Keep us updated if you ever do decide to sell them. I know that at least I'm super interested to see what these fetch you!
An action house?? Many people have stated about $150 per…..what do you need an action house for?
$150 per is absolutely wrong. There are variants here that could easily fetch four figures in the condition they are in. People don't know what they are talking about.
Thanks to everyone, this was unexpected and overwhelming
I don’t want to say I’m an expert on this but I do have a full run of all the Kenner figures and variants and I’ve been collecting for 15 years. Not being able to see the backs of the cards, that Paploo is worth a good amount as is the yoda because it is the brown snake variant
if you are looking to sell, please let me know.. I have 22 carded figures and looking for more to add to the collection
They're worth good money. The best you have is Paploo.
Really?
Luke and yoda would be worth way more than paploo
I used to beg my mom to let me get one everytime we went to the dentist. I remember they were $1 each. If I was extra good I got 2. Wish I had them all now.

Best Xmas I ever had was opening these figures under the tree
Who tf is prune face?
[When face is a prune, then action goes BOOM!](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uE05kRAoWnI)
He's a bad guy from Dick Tracy.

Holy crap. I traffic in these. Congrats on the $$$$$
Actually a know a rich m-effer that may be interested if you wanna sell some or all. Although I'm sure you won't have a terribly hard time finding buyers. Just be patient. Those are like lottery tickets
Out of curiosity, how much we talkin here?
That brown snake Yoda can forlr about $800 or more.
If I wasn't in the middle of moving I would love to spend the time to look them up but I just cant spare it. They're really nice and tough in that condition though. I think the best move would be to hold on to at least some of them until interest rate lowered. But just ballparking I think they're worth like a nicer used car. That looks like a treasure. Hell I’m excited just to see them.
Finally some quality content.
Shoot Goldin a DM
Lol what a scam
Where are Luke’s parents? You know, the crispy bacon ones?
Aunt beru and Uncle Owen... not his parents, although crispy they were
Intentional or unintentional Yoda?
Yes, my bad. I watched Ep 4 in theatre, so obviously my memory has failed me (“for the last time “??)
Just depends on condition and the buyer but a couple thousand depending on the figure and rating (if you sent them to be rated before sale).
I found an Obi-Wan force ghost in a box of free stuff by the road. He has watched over my bedroom from the dresser for like a year and a half now.
This is where the fun begins.
Nice
Its a trap!
He says his master is obi-wan Kenobi & is from these parts… “Obi-wan Kenobi..?? Gee, I wonder if he means Ol’ Ben Kenobi…”?? Lol, always cracked me up how little effort he seems to put into “disguising his old name”.. & also just kept the last name… ;)

Definitely send these in to get graded and placed in display cases
Whatever you do, DONT open them! Just the Obi wan pack alone is worth about $100 without the mini figure! This collection is worth lots. Try to go to a special comic or mini figure shop near you!
My father has these except they are all opened. They are all stored in a Darth Vader head that holds all the figures
Beautiful collection. It'll be worth picking up some protective cases for these.
Ordered 19 cases today.

Prune Face? His parents couldn't do better than that?
If that yoda has rge cloth cape intact. Whew boy! Lucky you are. Do not expose to children.
It does indeed.
I’d send them off to be graded and then appraised if I was you. There’s a massive range depending on grade, condition, etc.
Yeah I’m going to have them graded.
I distinctly remember playing with some of these Ewoks when I was a kid back in the 80s. Also, how come Han Solo has a pimp coat?
I don't think they're in mint condition lol

See if you got one or two of these: [https://www.ebay.com/itm/126548443600](https://www.ebay.com/itm/126548443600)
I'm sorry but fuckin "prune face"?
Take that Prune Face! Now I'm Prune Face! Bam, take that Dick Tracy! Now I'm Prune Tracy! Take that, Dick Fa...
We've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas.
Wow!! I was never able to get a Pruneface!!! Totally jealous...
I broke so many of those
I have about 60 of these figures but they are all opened :( I suspect yours have damn good value. Unopened are very difficult to find.
$2500
My buddy has a whole wall of those. He said most are about 150 each but the Christmas Yoda and some other one was a bit more. Good value from what I've been told.
Quick Google and that Prune Face alone is worth about $300 at auction If you brought these to a con you could make a few grand pretty easy
Ooohhhh I had the little bears I forgot their names with the rubber hoodie that you can take off ! Memories
Haha “little bears” = Ewoks Just be glad you didn’t say that in the star wars forum, the your downvotes would have been 10X this, Ps I definitely didn’t add to your downvotes, ignore them, just a bunch of nerds hating on your nostalgia.
Oh yeah Ewoks, thanks ! I loved those I even had the tree village big toy. I forgot their names for a minute there people are silly ha ha
Open them and play with them! Pew pew!
19 x $150 give or take IMO
Lol
You disagree?
A couple of Luke Bespin have sold on eBay for over $1000, many for over $500. I think these are worth looking into very carefully.
$100 is probably the floor price with the majority being over $250, worth a lot more
Are you from the past?
We all are if you believe in a linear timeline.
Not as much as you would think. They were mass produced by the millions so plenty out there.
Negative ghost rider
Not even close. I got these at the time for Christmas or something and NO ONE BACK THEN LEFT THEM SEALED!
Haha fuck me you literally have no idea
Tell us you know nothing about carded Kenner Star Wars figures without telling us you know nothing about carded Kenner Star Wars figures.
