No MLB pitcher needs to be taught how not to balk, and no MLB team is spending time on “not balking” lessons. It’s just something that happens when a pitcher loses concentration. Sox pitchers are under a great deal of pressure because the team is so bad, so perhaps that’s contributing to it. But it’s not some organizational breakdown.

I watch all the games we play and we havent done it much but it should be not at all it hardly happens around the league
