If you can count on one hand the number of people you have spoken with in the past week, spend 12+ hours a day gaming, refuse to get a job because it gets in the way of gaming, and haven't showered in days or weeks, then there is definitely an issue. When you see people complain about neckbeards, notice how they never complain about them playing video games, but rather them skipping out on everything else (mainly basic personal hygiene, and being a functional member of society) to play more video games. As long as you are still taking care of your responsibilities and yourself, do whatever you want with your free time.
As for the "nobody is attracted to me" feeling, I'm telling you, hygiene and confidence goes a long way. You don't need to be a body builder, just shower, use deodorant, take care of your hair, brush your teeth, etc. People are attracted to all body types, they just aren't attracted to people who aren't pleasant to be around.
