Reaching optimal strain is a pretty great (and easy) go-to goal to measure with Whoop. Probably it's the best goal to measure for, since it's what the entire app is centered on. I definitely get the "I can check this off my list for the day" feeling when I hit my optimal strain. Plus, if you've got the vibration setting on, your sensor will vibrate like a fun surprise when you hit the number! Past that, I've seen folks who like to hit 10+ strain every day for a month, or work on improving recovery numbers, etc, which are also good.

In my opinion, high sleep score is most def a win. Green Recovery and/or Strain target, not necessarily; it depends on the phase of training I’m doing…

It’s more of an ongoing thing and knowing where your body is. Good consistent sleep with higher recovery is the main goal for me. Strain is typically easy to hit the target for.

High sleep score, optimal strain, amount of time spent in each cardio zone, improving HRV, steps don't really mean anything.

All of whoop can work like this, at least in theory, hit your strain for the day, hit your sleep goal and in turn hopefully hit your recovery

Yes there are strain and sleep and recovery goals but it doesn't "plot" the % achieved with the exception of MPA where it's sort of touched on
