I sent it to their IG yesterday and they had a rep reach out to give me a free replacement. I told them they are more than welcome to use the pics in marketing .... I also asked if they know how much force is required to cause a crack all the way through the sensor. Still waiting to hear back!
That was exactly what me and my playing partners were thinking about.... The odds to get hit by a ball in the exact spot. The sensor is smaller than the diameter of a golf ball and it got hit square on the face.
