It makes me feel validated someone else is a zone 5 runner 😂
Max heart rate for any person is generally 220 - your age. Once you hit age 60 it becomes a little less accurate but under that it’s generally accurate
The reason I was asking is their max heart rate is usually Zone 5. If their avg heart rate is 140/150, then they are only working out in Zone 2 and they probably need to calibrate their zones.
It might use a bunch of other factors to calculate strain. OP had 90 minutes of exercise and got a strain of 18.5. I had 50 minutes of weightlifting and got to 16 on strain and i never touched zone 5
*How are you able*
*To sleep after doing this*
*So late in the day?*

Doesn’t happen often, but I usually break into zone 4 at 7+ miles on my usual route.

What’s your heart rate at Zone 5? Do you calibrate your Whoop?
My avg HR running is 170-180bpm. Same data on my Apple Watch. 😵💫
If that’s your avg, have you ever figured out your max? My avg is 140, and I max out around 188-190
