If you look on Gas Buddy gas is just up in general, it’s not only Esso. My last fill up was like 1.40 and yesterday 1.58, same station. If Esso is treating you well consider looking on Gas Buddy to ease your mind that they’re not ripping you off.
Shell now has a number you can call and someone will come out and pump it. (In a wheelchair so I also can’t pump my gas)
Don't know of any in Windsor, but Jack's in Essex is full service and the price never seems extreme when I've compared it to others.
XTR on Ottawa and Langlois is full service IIRC.

The gas station in st. jocham is full serve and there is one in belle river
Quick search on the Gas Buddy app pulls only the XTR Station on Ottawa and Langlois unfortunately.

There's a gas station on Ottawa across from Jasey Dental that's full service.
Big chief Petro can in Tecumseh. They are temporarily shut down as they are getting their underground storage tanks replaced.

I think Caldwell in Leamington has a couple of full serve lanes, I might be wrong but the discount makes it worth checking out.
You need a status card to use those lanes
